Encontre hotéis 3-Star em Hiroshima

The hotel is very close to the railway station with a convenience store just round the street corner. The staff are friendly and the room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of Japanese and Western food. I will stay in this hotel again next time when I go to Hiroshima.

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Great central location, near Hiroshima station. Hence easy to take Shinkansen, JR trains, streetcars. Within walking distance to most major attractions. Hotel is modern with reasonable amenities. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Hotel staff speaks English and are helpful. Good value. Highly recommend.

Hotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

Easy to reach on foot from the Hiroshima train station and easy to go anywhere, there’s nearby tram line 2 which can take you to Miyajima ferry terminal or the A Bomb dome. The check in was a bit chaotic as the check in machines had some technical issue, but the staff was kind and tried their best to solve. They let in the room without a key card and then brought key cards within an hour to the room. My room was spacious for Japan standards and quite nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection of Japanese and western food. Though the juices tasted very cheap - from a concentrate. Anyway, the rest was good and they even offer free coffee till noon.

O hotel fica perto das principais atrações de Hiroshima. Chegamos lá da estação pelo bonde 2 Quarto pequeno, mas aconchegante. O tamanho da cama é suficiente para dois europeus Chegamos em um dia chuvoso e o quarto ficou abafado. Para remover isso, você precisa abrir a porta do banheiro e ligar a ventilação. A equipe é simpática e tenta ajudar. Algumas das vantagens agradáveis: - máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Leia atentamente as instruções: primeiro coloque o dinheiro e feche a máquina para o ciclo de limpeza. Somente depois disso você coloca o sabão em gel nas peças. Características: - utilizar a máquina de check-in e check-out - a recepção está aberta das 00:00 às 07:00: não poderá deixar a sua bagagem - os chinelos fornecidos não são particularmente adequados para europeus: são muito estreitos

It was great experience there to stay with urbain Hiroshima central. They keep your luggage safely if you have visit around even your stay already finish so it helps a lot. I have one suggestion please change checkin time because 3 pm too late if someone fly from other cities or country. It should be from 9 am.

Good budget hotel , unfortunately window facing a wall so room in darkness, they did change me but to a smoking room, not great but a decent hotel and well priced, staff can't speak English

The hostel had a great location. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you had your privacy. Toilets and shower were very clean. All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))

A localização está bem, perto da tram, mas não da rua mais bonita.A sala é muito quente, incómoda e pequena.E não são exactamente 2 camas. A cama de casal é um quarto de cama e depois uma escada de escala muito alta e desconfortável para chegar a uma matriz que está muito perto do tecto. A mulher não sabia que já tinha pagado para o quarto, e no dia seguinte pedimos para deixar a bagagem antes de tomar o comboio que eles concordaram. E quando voltámos para reunir, eles disseram que eles nos pagariam por este serviço, porque estamos longe há mais de uma hora.O pessoal não era muito cooperativo ou simpático e não nos deixaria sair. Não há sinal ou explicação EM nenhum lugar sobre o facto de deixar SUA bagagem não ser livre.Não está escrito EM nenhum lugar.
