Encontre hotéis 3-Star em Hiroshima

The hotel is very close to the railway station with a convenience store just round the street corner. The staff are friendly and the room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of Japanese and Western food. I will stay in this hotel again next time when I go to Hiroshima.

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

O quarto estava Muito limpo, MAS o arranjo era Muito difícil com um banho no quarto e um banheiro e um WC separados. O transporte Mais próximo era um tram que não estava coberto pelo passe JR, então EU acabei de pagar o pagamento extra para chegar à estação e para sair Da estação. Não teria feito nada para ficar a noite, MAS não teria ficado Mais tempo do que isso, não teria espaço para armazenar UMA mala e teria de sair Da porta.

Hotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

Easy to reach on foot from the Hiroshima train station and easy to go anywhere, there’s nearby tram line 2 which can take you to Miyajima ferry terminal or the A Bomb dome. The check in was a bit chaotic as the check in machines had some technical issue, but the staff was kind and tried their best to solve. They let in the room without a key card and then brought key cards within an hour to the room. My room was spacious for Japan standards and quite nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection of Japanese and western food. Though the juices tasted very cheap - from a concentrate. Anyway, the rest was good and they even offer free coffee till noon.

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel. The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium. The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

O hotel fica perto das principais atrações de Hiroshima. Chegamos lá da estação pelo bonde 2 Quarto pequeno, mas aconchegante. O tamanho da cama é suficiente para dois europeus Chegamos em um dia chuvoso e o quarto ficou abafado. Para remover isso, você precisa abrir a porta do banheiro e ligar a ventilação. A equipe é simpática e tenta ajudar. Algumas das vantagens agradáveis: - máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Leia atentamente as instruções: primeiro coloque o dinheiro e feche a máquina para o ciclo de limpeza. Somente depois disso você coloca o sabão em gel nas peças. Características: - utilizar a máquina de check-in e check-out - a recepção está aberta das 00:00 às 07:00: não poderá deixar a sua bagagem - os chinelos fornecidos não são particularmente adequados para europeus: são muito estreitos

Good budget hotel , unfortunately window facing a wall so room in darkness, they did change me but to a smoking room, not great but a decent hotel and well priced, staff can't speak English

Este hotel tem uma maneira única de servir os hóspedes. Em todas as minhas viagens pelo mundo, nunca vi um hotel oferecer jantar aos seus clientes, apenas este. Jantar e café da manhã são gratuitos, embora o check-in seja feito tarde, às 16h, e eles sejam bem rigorosos quanto a isso. Você pode se planejar com antecedência, deixando suas malas com eles e saindo mais cedo para seus compromissos, retornando após as 16h. O quarto é pequeno, mas limpo e organizado. A água quente é muito forte, então tenha cuidado. A localização é ótima, a cerca de 8 minutos a pé da estação de trem. O hotel possui uma grande área de banho com banheira de hidromassagem e sauna seca. Recomendo este hotel a todos os viajantes em Hiroshima.

The hostel had a great location. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you had your privacy. Toilets and shower were very clean. All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))
