Ficámos aqui Na Noite antes do trânsito para Bandung por Whosh.Distância para a estação Halim apenas Cerca de 15 minutos por Gocar. A sala familiar é muito suspeita e o pequeno-almoço é bom.

Was a lovely hotel to stay in. My room could’ve been a little cleaner just in the tiny details like corners of shelves and the bathroom screen. However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. However there is a room for improvement. The room space a bit small but I guess with that price is okay. The room is not sound proof. I stayed at level 5 which is just 1 level from the rooftoo cafe. They are open that soace for event at night. I stayed there 3 nights and got birthday/wedding event and etc. The sound a bit loud and I can hear them clearly in my room. And not only that, I can hear the sound of furniture being moved, prehaps that sound were during restaurant closing. Cant sleep soundly before 1am. I suggest for this who wanted to stay here, can have level 1-4 and avoid 5 if you want to have a good sleep. The breakfast is ok for me. Simple but nice. The service quite okay but they did not change the bed cover daily tho I stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is good, got coffee shop, convenient store and street food nearby. However, if you intend to go shopping at the central jakarta - GI/PI/Thamrin City/Tanah Abang, this is not the best place. The hotel is just near but because of traffic jam, 30-40mins to arrive to that central jakarta. Would suggest to stay near Thamrin City. The street food nearby is nice and cheap. I enjoy the night snacking around. Bakso nearby is damn good. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

A entrada do hotel tinha um cheiro muito bom. No entanto, isso não refletiu no quarto. O quarto parecia velho e cansado. Não tinha toalhas no banheiro. Precisei ligar para o teice para que as fornecessem. A localização é muito central. Perto de pontos culinários, do mercado de moda Sarinah e Tanah Abang. Uma coisa a destacar foi a equipe da recepção. Eles foram muito simpáticos!

A localização é muito estratégica.. perto de Sabang e Sarinah Mall, tornando-o Muito fácil encontrar comida e explorar a área.A sala estava Muito limpa, confortável e bem mantida. O pessoal era muito amigável e útil, fazendo o check-in e a minha estadia global suave e agradável.Este hotel é perfeito para viagens de negócios e lazer, se você quer conforto, limpeza e bom serviço.

Was a little disappointed at the hotel as I booked the wrong date for my friend but was not allowed to cancel it modify the date, had to pay in cash upon check in and I did not bring much cash as the hotel I booked is for transit purpose only, decent room but non smoking 🚬

The hotel front desk requested 100,000rp as deposit upon check-in. A receipt was given and we have to keep it to get back our deposit upon check out. However, in Trip.com this clause was not mentioned. The road that leading to the hotel entrance was very dirty and have lots of holes with dirty smelly water. It made the whole environment surrounding the external of the hotel very unpleasant. The was staircase leading to the lobby hence it made it not so convenient for elderly people. The location is very close to Glodok Chinatown. There's also City Walk Mall and Grand Paragon Mall within walking distance. There are quite a varieties of local eateries outside of hotel. The local eatery just at the right corner of the hotel main road served the best Fried Kuey Teow and Fried Rice after 5pm. The lobby filled with cigarette smell. It considers quite old hotel with very aging yellowish aircond but it can work. The bathroom design was superb as the water flow directly into the drain hole. However, there wasn't any air ventilation in the bathroom. The sink inside bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet bowl seemed hard to flush water because the water pressure was very low. Have to press the flush button few times everytime we passed motion. The hotel room door has a very huge gap on top and side portion after we closed our room door. When other hotel guest smoking and walking outside our room corridor, we can smell the 2nd hand smoke and heard noises when people talking outside of the corridor. The hotel served decent breakfast although the room rate consider at lower range pricing. Only the coffee served was not hot and very light.

Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and a premium location. Overall, it’s good value for money. However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected. The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient. Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia.
