Strategic location, near to Sarinah and Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia just by walking, you can experience Sunday activity Jakarta Car Free Day. But the aircon and refrigerator looks like needs maintenance. Room very clean and great parking sevices 👍🏻

the hotel and room are pretty dim, not really comfortable. need to upgrade the breakfast with more choices and taste.

We stayed in Swiss-Belinn Wahid Hasyim Jakarta on our leisure trip. It’s clean and location strategy.

I booked this hotel from the company staff and so far I haven't received any complaints so it should be fine.

Its a bit hit and miss but ok -only problem I had was after leaving a security and receptionist came out to car park to demand 50000 for a glass my friend apparently broke in the bathroom -I just gave to them no point arguing for this 15000 glass its not as if he done intentionally and we had paid over $120 for the suite -ok they got not sure 50000 in dollars about 3.5 Dollars ?and glass cost less than one dollar WOPPEE -well done receptionist and security-employee of the month both of you -only issue had planned to book six rooms on NYE 2 nights which now not happening -and have stayed there before -just a bs place with silly rules -but overall not bad -living room very dark 623 -great tv stations -shower etc. great -bed great -breakfast nothing special but not bad -coffee great at breakfast -staff really nice . Overall not a bad place -might be useful to have a covered place for motorbykes not everyone comes in a car.

Good hotel with fair price in central Jakarta. Very good location, walking distance to Tanah Abang area. Room was good enough for the price. Clean and the room amenities is well equipt. Suggestion : - Check the AC - The front office lady who checked me in seems too fast to "SAY NO/CAN NOT" to everything. To me, and also to the other guests who queue at 11 PM. While the other lady who checked me out doing her job very well.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, best location, reasonable price The only thing bothered me is elevator bit slow, bed sheet bit dirty (I saw some stain on it) and the room key had to try many times before l can open the door

DISASTER EXPERIENCE!! I was stay there and literally disaster experience after I enter the room with conditions of bed sheets are completely dirty! I informed to the Receptionist what is actually happened with the bed sheet and they move me to the new room. After I enter new room it’s literally the same issue which bed sheets are dirty, to be very honest I don’t understand how come they move the guest from previously room to the new room with the same condition without double check first! The another story when “Denny” Front Office Manager approached without ( Apology ) and tell me please wait for 10 minutes however the actual is 35 minutes that I need to wait for move “again” to the 3rd room. Sooo I moved to the new room which 3 times room move with the condition of the room really small from the 1st and 2nd room! The most funny things Denny apologized to me in regards of the timing that he late 35 minutes instead of glitch in regards of dirty rooms from the 1st and 2nd. Last but not least, he only said which Denny “Thank you for understanding” I mean really?! For sure I don’t understand from the Front Office Manager end without find the solution! Anyway move to the smaller room is not solution and seems Denny downgrade my room tho! I understand probably is because 3 starts Hotel and the Front Office Manager don’t know how to handle glitch, will never come back to the Hotel and really not recommended.
