The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home. We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!"
