The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

The room was clean and very spacious, bed was huge, bathroom was nice, breakfast was so so good. Every single breakfast food option known to man was available in abundance until 10:00am on the dot. staff were excellent and very professional. The amenities like the gym and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Willo (which was renamed from YWCA Hotel after we booked). Nice they offered free coffee and tea in the morning. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the storage room, before we went discovering the city. It seems like they have just renovated and also exchanged the bath amenities to new ones while we were there. We booked the room with the shared bathroom, which also connects to another room. You can lock the bathroom from both sides, so this worked well for us. We were looking for the best price-quality ratio of a hotel that is centrally located and it really is. We arrived using the airport train and walked to the hotel. The Vancouver Stadium is just across the street so very convenient for the people looking for accommodation for the World Cup. In fact we could also see the stadium from our hotel room. Highly recommend this place!

This was a good property for the price. It had obviously been refitted recently as all the cupboards were brand new. The host was lovely and after double booking us initially, they found us a lovely place to spend a night at within 2 hours of booking. Also there were coffee pods, honey and bodywash/shampoo and conditioner provided which were a nice touch. However, being the basement floor meant that the room go incredibly hot at night, we managed to find a little water fan to try and mitigate the heat. There isn't any mosquito blockers on the windows so you have to live with them or yhe heat. Ergonomically the wardrobe doors didn't fully open on the left hand side as its quite a small space and the endtable blocked the opening. The kitchen was also newly fitted but was missing some key components for anything more than a night (not washing up sponges or liquid ect.) Overall I would say the place is a 4/5 in winter but a 3/5 in summer.

O serviço na recepção foi excelente, eles nos forneceram todas as informações que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. A vista do quarto era excelente, pois fomos colocados em um andar alto e tínhamos uma vista incrível do centro de Vancouver. A mobília do quarto estava um pouco desatualizada e a pressão da água no chuveiro era um pouco fraca. A localização do hotel era ótima, pois ficava em uma área muito central da cidade. No geral, a nossa estadia foi boa.

A Sala é Muito limpa. A localização do hotel é Muito boa. Muito supermercado é conveniente ONDE você VAI comer. A próxima vez você VAI ficar. Uma Sala por Sala. Se você cozinhar, você Pode fazer por Si mesmo. A experiência é Muito boa.

Excellent location in downtown, minutes walk from subway stations, 30 minutes metro ride to the airport. Friendly and efficient front desk. Basic breakfast. AC temperature inconsistent throughout the night. Plenty of restaurants around hotel. Can walk to Stanley Park, Chinatown, Grandville island within 30 minutes.

O quarto é muito espaçoso e conta com uma área de cozinha e refeições, o que é extremamente prático. A localização também é excelente, com acesso a pé a lojas e ao Stanley Park. Fica muito perto do popular restaurante de ramen Dambu, tornando alimentação, hospedagem e deslocamentos muito convenientes. No entanto, os utensílios de cozinha e a mobília estão um pouco desgastados.

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

To be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too.
