"I stayed for two nights. First, I received my key at the front desk, and in the lobby, there was a service where you could choose from several types of bath salts and have them put in a cup, as well as snacks, nuts, shochu, shoe polish, mobile phone screen cleaner, etc. I was excited even before entering the room!
For breakfast, you just input your favorite breakfast and time on the TV screen, and they will open the door to your room (double door) and deliver it to you on the table, which was convenient.
The pizza toast morning was warm and delicious, with shredded cabbage salad and pizza toast!
At first, I didn't understand the system, so I called the front desk to inquire, but they were very kind and explained it to me.
I was very satisfied with the price and service! Next time I stay in Kobe, I will stay at this hotel!"

"Maya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood."

"If we ignore the ”Love Hotel” connotation, which can be a little confusing at first, the hotel is fantastic, and for this price (during the week), it's VERY difficult to find equivalent quality.
A huge TV is opposite the bed, and with a little fiddling with the cables, you can even put your computer on it...
The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is large and luxurious, frankly superb, I've rarely stayed in such a good hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the nearest station isn't right next door, the only minor complaint.
I would happily return!!!"

"Book a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk."

"When going to Awaji Island during the Obon period, there were no nearby hotels available.
Although it's a little far away, I stayed here for 2 days.
It's in the Arima hot spring town, so the location is very good.
There is a parking lot nearby and you can rent it for free.

"The room was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. It was less than 10 minutes by subway from Sannomiya and about 10 minutes from the nearest station, so it was a good value. No breakfast, but there is a food and drink space in the lobby, with microwave oven and electric pot available. After the AEON MALL closes, there are few restaurants open, so be careful when arriving at night. There was one convenience store in front of the station and one just a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants outside the central market are open during the day. The seafood bowl was delicious. There are people at the front desk only from 9:00 to 24:00."

GGuest UserOne of the brightest experiences of our journey is 2 days in Arima Onsen.
Our stay in the first minutes has painted our room: big, light and cozy.
The staff remembered especially: not just polite, but caring, I forgot my jacket in the cafe and a man standing at the stop came to give it to me. Thank you very much!
The hotel has its own cafe, where you can buy bakes and drink coffee, with a stunning terrace.
In the room there are all necessary: a recreation area, big windows, we were offered kimono and baskets so we could go in them to the onsen.
It was magnificent!
The hotel has no sources, but they are literally 30 seconds on foot, or the biggest public onsen in 7 minutes on foot (but with the unusual to go to the mountain in tabi sandals is a little uncomfortable but interesting). Hotly recommend, ideally from 2 nights to enjoy the full program and slow down the journey a little bit and think about life :)

GGuest UserIt is a hotel similar to a homestay, with tatami rooms.
The service is average. Since there is no elevator, you need to lift your suitcase to the second floor and mention it to your room.
The most irritating thing is the CHECK OUT part. We were told that CHECK OUT was at 11 o'clock. As a result, at 10:45, the hotel staff opened the door and asked for CHECK OUT without knocking, which was very rude.

AAYA万博の帰りに宿泊。夕食、朝食なしでしたが、とてもリーズナブルなお値段で、お部屋がとても広くて綺麗！！
感激でした。銀の湯の温泉は何種類もあり、疲れた旅を癒してくれました。その上、金の湯の無料券もいただき、大満足でした。また行きたいです。

Very cute house, the landlord is very friendly, and the homemade rice balls for breakfast are particularly interesting.

HHansVery ordinary Japanese-style tatami mats are much worse than the tatami rooms I have lived in before, and the color and lighting feel old. The façade is being renovated, the windows cannot be opened, and there is little food around.

ふふるお一見ログハウス風のカントリーハウスです。1階はレストランでした。ホテルのスタッフさんは皆親切で、電話での問い合わせにも親切に対応してくださり、地図も教えてくださったりと、ステキな対応をしてくださいました。到着が、日が暮れてからでしたので、道が狭く、とてもわかりにくかったです。車で遅くに行かれる方はご注意です。お部屋は広めですが、どうしても古さが否めなく、床の隅の埃などがきになりました。暖房をつけてもとても寒かったです。

愛愛藍It was located right after getting off the highway.
The bathroom was separate from the toilet, and the bathtub was large and equipped with an LCD screen. It was very clean. There was also a wide selection of amenities.
There was a TV with a variety of channels, and there was also an old-fashioned game console and karaoke machine.
As it is an old hotel, it was a little dirty, but the bathroom and beds were kept clean.

JJiroI was accused of not being informed that the meal time was specified and going ”late”. The treatment of customers is terrible. I want you to be able to eat slowly if you go between ７ time and ９ time. In the morning, the woman who accepted the return was kind. However, it was explained that it would take １５ minutes on foot to JR Motomachi, but it took less than 10 minutes.
