"Fiquei muito impressionado com este lugar, pois o proprietário prestou um serviço excelente. Inicialmente, reservei o quarto no horário errado e queria remarcar para ficar no mesmo quarto, mas eles providenciaram para mim. O serviço de limpeza também foi impecável. A localização é muito conveniente. No meu último dia, o horário de check-out era às 12h, mas pude deixar minha bagagem no quarto até a tarde, o que foi realmente impressionante. Eu estava viajando sozinho e isso me fez sentir muito à vontade. A vista é absolutamente deslumbrante, eu a classificaria como número um. O ambiente é fantástico."

"Excelente! Esqueci de tirar fotos do quarto, mas estava muito limpo. Houve um problema com o hotel que eu havia reservado originalmente e, como já eram 20h, eu estava procurando um lugar para passar a noite. Não esperava encontrar um hotel tão bom! O quarto tinha até meu bichinho de pelúcia favorito, o Totoro. A tela da TV era grande e o quarto era muito silencioso à noite. O secador de cabelo e o vaso sanitário funcionavam perfeitamente. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito acolhedores! (=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ"

"O hotel era razoável — nada de excepcional, mas serviu ao seu propósito. Havia um leve cheiro de fumaça no quarto, mas ligar o exaustor ajudou. O serviço de limpeza diária era bom, mantendo o quarto arrumado. Um ponto negativo era a falta de secadora na lavanderia, o que era um pouco inconveniente.

"The loft room was spacious and quite clean. It had all the amenities, like a hairdryer, washing machine, and fridge, plus an induction hob. You could even buy groceries from Hema (just across the street) and cook your own meals. The location is right next to Niúwángmiào subway station, so transportation is very convenient. The only downside is that the bathroom exhaust fan blows air into the room, so after using the toilet, the whole room smells. And after showering, the moisture also blows back in. Combined with Chengdu's rainy weather, after two days the room got very humid. Considering it was a special offer room, I think it's acceptable."

Cons are the shower pressure is kinda low but hot water tank is huge so you can take hot shower for a long time without worrying about water turning cold. The building has 24hr security, inconvenient thing is that if you don't have a china phone number you cannot register as a guest, need to explain to the security guard to let you in every time."

"It far exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out were handled automatically and automatically, which was very convenient and smart. There was a desk and water available, and the power outlets were very close to the bed, providing a very comfortable sleeping experience! "I forgot to take pictures. The location is very good. There is a supermarket, bakery, noodle shop and restaurant downstairs. The high-rise building behind the first picture is the apartment where I live. After crossing the traffic light and walking straight for dozens of meters, I will reach Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the panda climbing wall check-in point. The room is big enough and has a clothes rack, which is convenient for drying clothes. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide good lighting, and the housekeeper's service attitude is also very good."

YyicokyComo cheguei cedo, o hotel fez um upgrade do meu quarto de graça. O quarto era surpreendentemente bom. O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário eram duas partes separadas, o que foi ótimo. Também havia jogos de chá, folhas de chá e incenso de graça no quarto, o que me surpreendeu. Era muito econômico e não era barulhento à noite. O isolamento acústico era muito bom. Exceto pelo travesseiro, todo o resto estava além das minhas expectativas.

SSharifah AisyahThis is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

Location
On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road.
Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area.
Service
Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work).
Facilities
It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!).
Cleanliness
Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used!
The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.

Muito perto do metrô, a cerca de 200 m (estação People Park), e você pode atravessar a rua para Kuan Zhai. O proprietário também nos recomendou vários lugares para visitar. Mas a parede é um pouco fina, dá para ouvir os sons do quarto ao lado (no meu caso, por volta das 3 da manhã, ouvi a torcida do quarto ao lado).

Boa localização. Como estrangeiro, achei o hotel bem central, então nunca precisei me deslocar muito para diferentes áreas da cidade. Há também alguns restaurantes e bares legais a uma curta caminhada. O hotel era bom, com UM problema: se eu deixasse a porta do banheiro aberta, a fumaça de cigarro de outro quarto entrava. Era muito forte - uma noite, acidentalmente, deixei a porta aberta e acordei com um pouco de náusea e irritação nos pulmões. Não foi um problema lembrar de fechar a porta, e fazer isso me senti totalmente bem, mas não foi o ideal. No mais, ótima experiência. Os recepcionistas facilitaram muito a extensão da minha reserva várias vezes, pois fiquei mais tempo do que o esperado.

ZZAHROTUL KHOIRIYAHMinha estadia desta vez foi super acolhedora! O serviço de traslado gratuito do hotel foi tão atencioso; a conexão do desembarque ao hotel foi perfeita e sem contratempos, sem que eu tivesse que me preocupar em nada com o transporte. Gostaria de elogiar especialmente a senhora que fez o traslado; ela foi extremamente calorosa e amigável, ajudou-me a carregar as malas como se fosse da família e respondeu pacientemente às minhas perguntas e me deu dicas importantes. O serviço foi atencioso e detalhado; com os lembretes úteis que ela me deu durante o trajeto, senti um acolhimento imenso logo que cheguei a uma cidade desconhecida. Com certeza merece cinco estrelas! Na próxima vez que vier, ficarei aqui novamente!

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto. O ponto negativo do quarto era o cheiro forte de fumaça. Os funcionários são excelentes e há um serviço de transporte gratuito para o aeroporto! Com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.
