Como cheguei cedo, o hotel fez um upgrade do meu quarto de graça. O quarto era surpreendentemente bom. O chuveiro e o vaso sanitário eram duas partes separadas, o que foi ótimo. Também havia jogos de chá, folhas de chá e incenso de graça no quarto, o que me surpreendeu. Era muito econômico e não era barulhento à noite. O isolamento acústico era muito bom. Exceto pelo travesseiro, todo o resto estava além das minhas expectativas.

Pros: The pictures are accurate, the room has no strange odors, there's a washing machine, a large vanity with plenty of space for toiletries, and the shower has great water pressure. It's a loft-style room with excellent natural light, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of morning sun, but there's a projector screen that can block it. There's also a small sofa. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was cleaned daily. The best part is the location – it's close to the subway station, there's a mall right across the street, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it super convenient. The room has a digital lock, so it feels very secure. There's also a large clothes rack for drying laundry. The soundproofing is excellent. Cons: Although the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, it's a bit small. The living room is also small, but it's functional. Food delivery can't come up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up. For this price and location, I can only say the owner is truly generous! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Excelent service. The staff were always very helpful and nice to us. They replied quick in wechat. It is very easy to reach, near to the metro station and a lot of food stores. We arrived very late in the night (like 1am) and still we found food. The room was very clean, as expected in the pictures. They changed our towels and tooth brush daily wich surprised us. We also had a very good view from the windows. We asked for a non smoking room and we were veru happy that didn't smell like cigarettes. Maybe you can smell some times the bathroom but I think is because of the sanitary installations, not the first one that we smelled in China. Very recommended in general :)

This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

Ideal para quem precisa pernoitar em escala no Aeroporto de Tianfu. Inicialmente, pensei em passar a noite no aeroporto. Mas, ao chegar em Tianfu às 22h, e achando que ainda era cedo, quis levar as crianças para comer um churrasco. Pegamos um táxi para um lanche noturno e, de última hora, reservamos este hotel. Pedimos que o hotel nos buscasse no local do lanche, mas não aceitaram, então pegamos outro táxi para fazer o check-in. **Instalações:** O hotel é de gestão própria, com vários prédios e é bem espaçoso (conforme visto no vídeo). No entanto, não é tão imponente/luxuoso quanto as fotos do Ctrip sugerem. O quarto atendeu às necessidades básicas; a cama era muito confortável, proporcionando uma excelente noite de sono. **Localização:** Fica entre o Aeroporto de Tianfu e a rua dos restaurantes de lanche noturno, portanto, em uma posição conveniente. **Serviço de Transfer (Aeroporto Internacional de Tianfu):** O hotel oferece serviços de busca e entrega no aeroporto. Utilizamos o serviço de entrega, que foi pontual e muito prático devido à curta distância. O motorista foi excelente.

(For context, I was a black female solo traveller) Location On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road. Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area. Service Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work). Facilities It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!). Cleanliness Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used! The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.

O quarto estava muito limpo, as duas camas de 1,8 metro eram superconfortáveis, a varanda era grande e tinha colchões grossos, então dormir não foi problema. Devo enfatizar que as duas meninas da recepção prestaram um ótimo serviço, a atitude delas foi perfeita, elas foram simpáticas, atenciosas e atenciosas, dou nota 10 para elas e recomendo muito! Somos uma família de cinco pessoas (o filho mais novo tem 12 anos) e temos bastante espaço 👍👍👍. Por fim, uma pequena sugestão: coloque alguns cabides no armário. Não é caro, mas é muito prático.

Quando li os comentários online, pensei que fossem apenas alguns amigos da China. Quando fiz o check-in, conheci outros amigos estrangeiros de diferentes países. Foi muito interessante vê-los se comunicarem! O chefe também nos disse quando poderíamos beber café grátis.Tivemos vergonha de nos dizer na manhã seguinte, mas a senhora do escritório frontal foi muito simpática e tomou a iniciativa de nos perguntar e nos ajudar a resolver o embaraço. O cara que faz café é legal! Há um bar no primeiro andar. O patrão achou que éramos menores de idade🤭🤭🤭 e nos disse que menores de idade não podem beber. Vendo que eram todos amigos estrangeiros, fiquei com um pouco de medo! Da próxima vez que você for a Chengdu, você deve vir aqui para vivenciar isso🍷

A estadia neste hotel foi fantástica! Desde o momento em que entrei no lobby, fui recebido com a cordialidade e o entusiasmo da equipe. O check-in foi rápido e atencioso, e eles até me deram um upgrade de quarto. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, com um design simples, porém elegante, todas as comodidades necessárias, e a roupa de cama macia e confortável garantiu uma ótima noite de sono. O café da manhã era excelente, com opções chinesas e ocidentais, e a comida estava deliciosa. A localização também era muito conveniente, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na próxima vez!
