There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

This is a such a beautiful experience we had. Everyone at this hotel treat you like their family. We gonna miss Maya a lot for sure. Would recommend this place.

Otelin ambiyansı çok güzel. bölge içindeki en güzel otellerden biri diyebilirim. Kahvaltıyı yetersiz buldum.özellikle sıcaklar konusunda. Genel olarak herkes çalışanlar çok ilgili yazmış ama işin açıkçası çalışanlar kendi halinde gibi geldi biz bir ilgi göremedik. Sorarsak cevap aldık. Havuzu bir kere kullandım ne yazık ki havuz yüzeyi çok temiz değildi . Bir sonraki gün temizlik yapıldığını gördüm. Çevre düzenlemesindeki sesler biraz rahatsız etti. Banyolar daha hijyenik olabilirdi rutubet kokusu vardı. Otel çok güzel ama üzülerek bakımsız geldiğini söyleyebilirim

Graças a Deus as crianças tinham tablets, não precisaram de TV. Enquanto nossa bagagem foi carregada para o quarto pelo atendente do hotel quando chegamos, nós mesmos a carregamos quando saímos do hotel. A limpeza de pratos, copos, garfos, colheres e facas no refeitório não era nada higiênica. Os copos estavam sujos.

Nos hospedamos na Suíte Yunak Evleri com Piscina Interna e Piscina Privativa. Você ficará encantado com a equipe, a recepção, a limpeza, os serviços do restaurante e praticamente tudo mais. A piscina dentro da suíte era espaçosa, bem abastecida com toalhas, e todas as comodidades relacionadas à piscina eram extremamente bem equipadas. Definitivamente, uma experiência imperdível.
