Beautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

Хозяйн отеля очень приветливый и доброжелательный мужчина, сам о ель очень красивый, много цветов. Хороший завтрак с местными продуктами. Особый шарм придет отелю милейший пёсик хозяина. Расположение отеля прекрасное, рестораны, рынок и супермаркет очень близко, но не на туристических тропах. Есть большая парковка.

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Spent 4 night in this hotel everything was great. Staff was very helpful and respectful. In few words we enjoyed our stay.

An exceptional stay in Cappadocia. The hotel has a beautiful cave aesthetic and the Tepesi Tasli room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. The rooms are built into the stone so you may have to walk down stairs to get to your room and each room has a semi-private area outside. The service from the staff was exemplary. Water was refilled in the room each day. The heating system was great, especially in late October when we visited. Breakfast each day was a delicious platter of bread, cheeses, jams, olives and a selection of different pastries and fruits. The quality of the ingredients was high. No fresh milk for the coffee. The one downside is the steep descent to the hotel from the main road. Whilst it probably was possible in a small car, we didn't feel confident to try it ourselves so we parked off the main road (free roadside parking available a short walk away from the paid car park at the top). This was a minor inconvenience but not that detrimental.

O café da manhã foi ótimo, mesmo tendo que espantar moscas a cada milésimo de segundo. A piscina é tão pequena que não se parece em nada com as fotos. As instalações do spa estavam empoeiradas e sem higiene. A equipe, no geral, foi muito simpática e prestativa.

Nos hospedamos na Suíte Yunak Evleri com Piscina Interna e Piscina Privativa. Você ficará encantado com a equipe, a recepção, a limpeza, os serviços do restaurante e praticamente tudo mais. A piscina dentro da suíte era espaçosa, bem abastecida com toalhas, e todas as comodidades relacionadas à piscina eram extremamente bem equipadas. Definitivamente, uma experiência imperdível.
