Grandes instalações, hotel limpo e pessoal quente e amável, mas nós celebramos o aniversário do meu marido e eles nos congratularam bem - mas nada especial dado que pagámos por um tratamento especial de nível executivo. O pequeno-almoço era Muito Menos limitado para aqueles que são veganos e querem opções mais saudáveis. Staff lack attention that belongs to 5 stars, they also lack ‘can do’ attitude to accommodate guests’ requests especially when they are so simple like for example - I asked multiple times at breakfast and in the lounge if they can serve me Algumas melancias (porque vi que tinham frescos cortes e armazenados melancias sentadas no frigorífico) mas todos OS funcionários repetidamente disseram não. É tão estúpido olhar para aquela melancia, sentado lá, e eu sentado lá, tão desiludido dia após dia, só quero que ela não consiga, então eu fui ao centro comercial através da rua e comi-a lá.Quero dizer, não é UMA experiência de Cinco estrelas. Além de um grande spa e fitness, ficámos bastante desapontados:(

Location is excellent. The hotel sits between 2 subway stations therefore making going around the city very easy. We had rented a car and was able to park for free during our stay. The mall next to the hotel is very convenient as we were able to pick up simple wardrobes and traveling essentials.

Whenever we get the chance, I try to take my family on trips while we can still gather together. This time, we visited Yangmingshan and Beitou, and it was actually my first time truly staying in Beitou. Before, most of my visits here were for work, like setting up a stall at the Beitou Market, always a quick in-and-out. But I've always heard great things about Beitou's hot spring hotels, and my mother often mentioned this place, so I arranged this short trip for the weekend. We stayed at Hotel Royal Beitou, and it was my first time experiencing the 'Hotel Royal' brand. In the past, I'd only dined at their properties in Taitung and Jiaoxi, and my impression of the brand has always been one of quality and meticulous service. After actually staying there, it certainly lived up to its reputation. From the facilities to the service, you could feel their attention to detail. The activities arranged by the hotel, in particular, were quite different from typical hot spring hotels – things like escape rooms, yoga classes, and night tours made the stay more than just a place to sleep for a night. The rooftop hot spring bath, though not huge, had a very comfortable atmosphere. It's a shame you couldn't see much of the scenery at night; otherwise, it would have been even better. Since we love hot springs, we really pay attention to the amenities and toiletries. The lounge here offers iced tea and ice cream, and the toiletries in the bathing area are top-notch, even including scalp and facial care products. Also, the room used a 'Sleeptofu' mattress and pillows, which were incredibly comfortable – easily one of the best night's sleep I've had recently. The only minor downside was that parking fees were an additional cost. For accommodation priced close to ten thousand per night, having to pay extra for parking feels a bit disappointing.

The service was terrible. I booked this hotel with 2 meals. , for dinner, they said we could not order the expensive menu, so we ordered within what they advised us. The oysters were not very fresh, and the soup was so blended, and there was no taste. We did not enjoy our meal much, and then once we finished, they gave us the bill with additional charge. I asked yhat lady what this additional charge for, then that lady did not even know what is wrong at the first. and then she called other senior lady, and she came back to us and explained like, ”This menu you ordered was actually not included in your meal plan. But it's okay since it's our fault, we will not charge to you. It's okay we will take this additional chages. ” I felt like... they are not generously allowing us something or giving services. Was so uncomportable. And the guy who work in the spa place on 2nd floor was so rude. Cheng? Chen? He was so rude and not quite nice. Also, for the outside spa(pool?), i know a lot of othe hotels spa allow people to use the shower cap on ther hair, but they said i should buy the swimming cap. Was so strict, so even we had the swimsuits, we were not able to use the outside spa(pool?). I paid almost 600$ and this hotel does not deserve to get this much amount. I do not recommend this hotel never ever.

Booked for my friend’s birthday as she loves GD. The hotel is fantastic and super comfortable. Service is awesome and make my friends feel special. And also arranged the birthday cake and balloons in the room to surprise my friends. I should say, I will definitely try this hotel myself next time while travel to TW.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Great breakfast, like many other guests have commented, not a huge variety but they have all the necessary ingredients for a filling breakfast buffet and all food taste good! Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me

Este Lugar FOI incrível!Eu hesitei EM reservar porque ele excedeu o nosso orçamento, MAS estou tão feliz que o fizemos. Eles nos fizeram sentir Como hóspedes EM vez de clientes. Só lamento não reservar pelo Menos três dias! A única coisa que me incomodou não soube o pormenor completo do serviço de navegação que eles fornecem (cobrar localização e horários), MAS quando EU lhes disse, eles respondiam muito rapidamente. O lugar é insensível e eles fornecem snacks e café/tea/água no quarto.Se alguma vez voltarmos a Taiwan, certamente voltaremos!

O hotel está perto do MRT e a pé até o Vale térmico. É fácil andar para o Mercado local para explorar a área de alimentos, frutas e peixe e vegetais locais.A sala de hotel é grande e limpa com frio, bebidas frias no frigorífico. Um Ponto Mais é aproveitar a Primavera quente no quarto.O pequeno-almoço é UMA escolha simples e limitada.

The location of the Hotel isn't that convenient to go to, so it's recommend to look at their shuttle bus timing or simply book an Uber to ride up the hill. Each room that you book also comes with a 1x free visit to the outdoor Spa facilities so I highly suggest you to bring a swim wear to go as it's pretty good even at night time. As for the room it's spacious like other reviews photos have shown but not a lot of people have shown the bathroom/toilet so I'm including it here. It's a very spacious Toilet with the bathtub that has the Onsen water, and the shower head beside the bathtub.
