Hotéis com bares em Taipei

The atmosphere is very good. Nearby a 24-hour book store which can go to watch and buy books anytime. The view looks like a picture of signature Taipei with Taipei 101 and Taipei Dome from the balcony. The only thing is the location in between 2 BL line stations.

Excellent as always. However they stopped providing disposables which might affect some travelers. Do note that you cannot clock hilton points when booking on trip.

Grandes instalações, hotel limpo e pessoal quente e amável, mas nós celebramos o aniversário do meu marido e eles nos congratularam bem - mas nada especial dado que pagámos por um tratamento especial de nível executivo. O pequeno-almoço era Muito Menos limitado para aqueles que são veganos e querem opções mais saudáveis. Staff lack attention that belongs to 5 stars, they also lack ‘can do’ attitude to accommodate guests’ requests especially when they are so simple like for example - I asked multiple times at breakfast and in the lounge if they can serve me Algumas melancias (porque vi que tinham frescos cortes e armazenados melancias sentadas no frigorífico) mas todos OS funcionários repetidamente disseram não. É tão estúpido olhar para aquela melancia, sentado lá, e eu sentado lá, tão desiludido dia após dia, só quero que ela não consiga, então eu fui ao centro comercial através da rua e comi-a lá.Quero dizer, não é UMA experiência de Cinco estrelas. Além de um grande spa e fitness, ficámos bastante desapontados:(

O hotel foi limpo sem esclarecimento com uma bela televisão inteligente que tinha netflix/disney+/prime, bem como um filtro de água filtrado! As mesa de cama também tinham saídas internacionais para facilitar o carregamento, o contador de snack e as bebidas no frigorífico estavam também na casa e seriam cobertas diariamente! teria uma estadia muito agradável, certamente voltaria a reservar quando eu estou de volta em Taipei :)

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

Great breakfast, like many other guests have commented, not a huge variety but they have all the necessary ingredients for a filling breakfast buffet and all food taste good! Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me

Não é divertido se você TEM muita bagagem, MAS não há Nada que possa resolver!A paragem de ônibus está perto e o ônibus está EM todo o lado, quando você descobrir as rotas. O hotel é limpo e o serviço é atento.Há sempre alguém no contador que saltou para abrir a porta principal para você (não têm um porta-manager dedicado). Pequeno-almoço que muitos convidados anteriores destacaram foi realmente bonito - eles deixaram você escolher o cereal, cortes frios, queijo, pão e pastos, e o curso principal da noite anterior de um menu online e suas escolhas são apresentadas para você no pequeno-almoço. O pequeno-almoço era bom - eles até ofereceram vinho brilhante - mas era UMA luta para comer o pequeno-almoço todos OS dias no período de nossa estadia (após o primeiro dia). Ao contrário do buffet de moagem, onde você sempre Pode reduzir a quantidade que você escolhe comer dia a dia, o pequeno-almoço servido aqui é fixe. Seria sugerido que você escolhesse comer pelo Menos um pequeno-almoço no hotel ou até IR para o almoço / jantar no restaurante para SUA experiência. We stayed 3 nights at The Tango Jiantan and really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient, right next to Jiantan MRT and close to Shilin Night Market. Our room was quiet, stylish, and very clean, with a comfy bed and a big bathtub. We loved the smart features like electric curtains and the Japanese toilet. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was simple but good. Great choice for comfort and easy travel in Taipei.

Vagus Hotel is a vintage-themed boutique hotel. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Zhongshan MRT Station Exit 2. It is also near the Ning Xia Night Market. The room was clean and comfortable. Water dispensers (hot & cold water) are available on several floors and in the lobby, and also serve a complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea area. The reception staff were very friendly. We managed to rent the travel adapters from the reception. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi. The beds are quite firm and clean. Although the lighting in the room was slightly dim and the hotel felt a bit old in some areas, it added to the hotel’s charm rather than being a problem. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.
