We had a good stay at Apause Inn, and we really want to highlight the great help we received from John. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that it wasn’t properly cleaned by the previous staff, which was a bit disappointing. Thankfully, John handled the situation really well. He listened to our concern, acted quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. His professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care made a big difference and turned the situation around for us. Big thanks to John for stepping up and making sure we were comfortable. Because of him, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back to Apause Inn.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from bus stops and an 8-10 minute walk to the Metro station. The room was clean, though there were some stains on the bedsheets. After I requested a change, staff promptly brought clean ones, which was great. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Overall, a good choice!

The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Taipei Main Station, which made getting around the city and to the airport so easy. I always felt safe even when coming back a bit late, which is a huge plus when you’re traveling alone. The place itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the common areas are nice if you want to relax or meet other travelers. What stood out the most was how accommodating and friendly the staff were—they’re always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or anything you need. As a female solo traveler, safety and comfort are everything, and Main Inn definitely delivered. It has a welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home while still being budget-friendly. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a solo trip to Taipei 💛

Escolhi isso porque queria reduzir despesas de viagem. Escolhi este nível porque tem chuveiro e toalete privativos. Parecia que havia um banheiro com chuveiro, então isso também foi um fator na minha escolha. Na verdade era um banheiro com chuveiro, mas o botão normal estava quebrado (por algum motivo a água estava sendo borrifada para baixo) e o botão do bidê funcionava, então eu usei.Era um chuveiro sem banheira e a pressão da água não era boa. O quarto é pequeno, mas isso é esperado. A limpeza está em um nível aceitável. Mesmo sendo um vaso sanitário com chuveiro, você não pode dar descarga no papel higiênico. No entanto, isto parece ser normal em Taiwan, a menos que seja um edifício muito novo ou um hotel acima de um determinado nível. A mala mal estava espalhada no beliche. A cama é tão curta que meus pés atingiram a borda com 173 cm. O bom disso é que fica perto de Mitsukoshi e da estação Taipei, então pensei que seria um lugar conveniente para usar como base para diversão.

Initially i thought the location of the hotel was a little off but it was not far from Taipei main station if you take the TRA, its just 1 station(much faster than taking the green line train) . And you can take the green line to go anywhere conveniently like ximen(direct line) or can change to other lines as well.. There are some convenience stores, food places and all around Songshan station so it is quite convenient to stay here .. Its about 5-10 mins walk from the station to the hotel . Upon reaching the lobby, two male staffs on duty were welcoming and friendly . My room was spacious, clean and nice ! Although a little dusty on the bed frame but everything else were clean .. Room had disposable slippers, small open wardrobe, kettle with coffee tea and mineral water bottles . Tv was huge . Can just connect to our own youtube/Netflix and nice to watch movie ! There were huge mirrors near the Tv and opposite the bed but I don't prefer having mirrors opposite the bed but its fine .. Iron board can be requested from the reception if you need it . Bathroom is clean and spacious too but with only shower gel and shampoo provided(bring your own toiletries) . The shower gel and shampoo smelled really good - like in a spa feeling . 😍 Hair dryer was provided too ! The lobby was spacious with a sofa and some tables and chairs for guests to relax or have our drinks there . There were free amenities at the lobby such as coffee machine, water dispenser, some of their local snacks and even cold drinks in the fridge ! Also, they can help to heat up our foods for us, you just need to ask them for help .. All these amenities are really helpful for guests . Such an amazing service ! 👍 Raohe night market is nearby too, about 10 mins walk if you looking for street foods or some retail shops etc .. The housekeeping aunty was a nice and sweet lady .. she probably can speak minimal english only but just show her the things that you need her to topup if you dont need her to clean your room .. 🥰 Upon checking out, we can leave our luggage and bag there at the lobby and they will pass you a small paper/card for you to retrieve back your things later . The female staffs there were kind and helpful too . Overall, its been a wonderful stay here ! Will stay here again next time . Xiexie ni, CCSH ! 💛

É um bom lugar e um albergue econômico. Era muito limpo e organizado. Os banheiros são limpos, com área de chuveiro separada, e a parte boa é que fica no quarto. Outros banheiros separados para deficientes estão localizados perto do lounge. Estava quieto no quarto e tranquilo.

The room is clean and comes with two pillows. The air conditioning is very cold. The building and the room are a bit old, but the location is excellent — right across from the Net store in Ximending. Check-in is on the 13th floor. There are two elevators, and during busy times, you have to wait for one to be available. The staff are very helpful and provide good service. Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out. Check-in is quick. The shower controls attached to the wall aren’t very sturdy, but the water pressure is strong and heats up quickly. The toilet is Japanese-style, without a bidet spray. There’s no wardrobe, only a hanging rod with hangers. Other than that, everything is quite convenient.

Room 717 was clean. The CCTV cameras on every corner of the hallway made me feel secure. However, the hallway floors were very echoey, so you could hear everyone walking by. My double room had absolutely no hooks or hangers, which definitely needs improvement. My room also didn't have any USB charging ports (though some single rooms with private toilets did). There were only two-pin flat sockets, so if you wanted to use a larger international adapter by the bed, you'd have to unplug the fridge or TV. There were sockets by the door and the sink, but they weren't convenient for my use. I stayed for 5 nights, and on the last night, the air conditioning unit outside my window was intermittently loud and frequent, making it impossible to sleep. This needs to be fixed. For a double room, they only provided one key. If you wanted another, you had to pay a NT$500 deposit, which was returned, but without a receipt. When I asked for one, they just scribbled a note and told me to take a picture. I hope they can be more professional about this.

Desvantagens: A iluminação do quarto era muito fraca e não percebi que não havia janelas quando reservei. A limpeza deveria ser aceitável, mas não dava para ver bem por causa da pouca luz. A decoração é terrível, exceto pelos lençóis e o teto que são brancos, todo o resto é painel de aglomerado preto. Junto com a falta de janelas e a má iluminação, me sentia sem energia e desmotivado assim que voltava para o quarto à noite. No entanto, a reforma deve ter sido há bastante tempo, espero que o formol já tenha evaporado. Não sei se lavanderias em hotéis de Taiwan sempre são pagas, mas neste hotel a máquina de lavar e a secadora são pagas separadamente. Esqueci os preços exatos. Vantagens: Boa localização, em frente à Estação de Taipei.

Muito conveniente e há muitos lugares para jogar perto. Várias jovens amigas e amigas Na recepção são Muito amigáveis e entusiasmadas.
