Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

Great and comfortable stay! I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, where i had really pleasant stay, because the staff service are really friendly, helpful and polite. Moreover the location is close to the city center and touristic places by walking, apart of that the facilities of the hotel such as common areas, swimming pool and bar are great! I definitely recommend the hotel for long or short stay you will have a comfortable and relax stay! Thank you very much staff service!

Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. Stayed in the Angkor wing Deluxe King room for six nites. Check-in was poolside (excellent), Room is nice but light switches took a while to figure out, Bathroom is nice but towel hooks can be better placed. We had to ask for room slippers and cotton wool/buds. Breakfast was good, and was the food in the Kroya restaurant. Service staff all very friendly and accommodating. My two dissatisfactions were mozzies (even in the restaurant and rooms, even though my balcony door was never opened), and the village volleyball courts (3 courts in total I believe) where locals play early/late and they are loud. Oh, on rainy nights, the crickets and frogs are very very loud (hotel room doors seem to let thru all the outside noise). Also took me to get used to the buddha pic right above the bed (it stares down on you as u sleep).

Viroth's Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was superb, with thoughtful little touches like providing me mosquito repellent before taking a walk in the evenings. It is located just a quick walk to the main shopping and dining center, but is on a quiet and peaceful street. The hotel helped me arrange a driver for touring the Angkor Wat temples, and he was excellent. The spa services were top notch and well priced. The breakfast menu was expansive and delicious, I loved trying their many options, and ate several meals in the hotel restaurant. The facilties were spotless and stylish, and the beautiful salt water pool was so refreshing after a day spent sightseeing. And they pick you up from the airport in a vintage Mercedes! I cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to stay here again.

Cambodia １２ First time. The price is low, but the refrigerator is cold well. Cooler is made in Japan Important in Cambodia Staff who can respond in Japanese are all around, so students can remove intercultural anxiety. It is very important that people who meet on a trip 々 can speak Japanese. There are convenience stores and laundry １ KG －１ dollars nearby, and there are many delicious and quiet restaurants. It's about ２ dollars easier than the center. １ Food ２－５ USD. The room is large and if you want to change the towel, you can go pick it up by yourself, and you can go pick it up by yourself, although you have water, but you can go to pick it up by yourself. In addition, I was surprised that the water in the pool was clean with coffee and service water. Network ８０ M is included, so you can work. The size and cleanliness of the room are perfect. A kind inn in an area where Japanese people are easy to live. I've stayed at about twice as much as ５ at this hotel so far, but I wonder how many steps that were. I was quite tired of the hotel where I spent time communicating in English with care. There are desk chairs in the garden, so you can relax.

Overall a very nice hotel. The hotel's service staff is warm, courteous, and simple, hoping to provide guests with satisfactory service. The hotel is located a little far from the city, and it provides city shuttle service and airport shuttle service. Dinner on the waterfront platform by the lake is a good treat. The starry sky and frogs make people relaxed and happy. If you want to experience the rustic country life, you can stay for a few days.
