"We absolutely loved it here. The hotel is located literally at the Moon Fen. The famous «running on water» scene from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Hongcun is ver beautiful city. The hotel is a small cosy and beautiful hotel with efficient and friendly staff. It was the perfect location for us when exploring Hongcun and nearby activities and attractions like Mukeng Bamboo Forest, Huangshan Mountains and Xidi Town. 10/10 recommend."

"O proprietário enviou alguém para me buscar no portão oeste depois que me perdi no caminho para o hotel e me cansei de arrastar a bagagem pela estrada de pedra irregular. Consiste em dois edifícios separados por uma passarela. Fiz uma caminhada agradável fora da área turística depois da minha sessão de fotos matinal às 5h, antes que os turistas começassem a chegar em massa. Uma estadia em Hongcun é altamente recomendada se você planeja uma sessão de fotos tranquila, sem turistas. Eu não teria acordado tão cedo, às 5h, sem a recomendação do proprietário. "I deliberately avoided the holiday rush and visited Hongcun during the off-season. This guesthouse far exceeded my expectations! As a guesthouse located within the scenic area, its location is absolutely perfect. Step outside and you're immediately immersed in the ancient charm and daily life of Hongcun. No need to rush; you can leisurely wander through the ancient village and enjoy the scenery of Nanhu Lake, feeling utterly relaxed and at ease. What truly captivated me was the guesthouse's Huizhou-style courtyard. The white walls and black tiles, complemented by the lush greenery in the courtyard, exude a profound sense of antiquity. Sitting idly in the courtyard, listening to the surrounding bird songs, was incredibly therapeutic. The owner was exceptionally honest, informing me that parking in their exclusive lot is free during the off-season (excluding holidays), so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking at all. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was fresh, and while the facilities weren't luxurious, they were perfectly adequate, making it incredible value for money. The owner even thoughtfully shared some less-traveled routes for exploring Hongcun, allowing us to avoid crowds while capturing stunning scenery. Overall, the stay was comfortable, travel was convenient, and the service was attentive—perfect for visitors who want to slowly explore Hongcun. Located right in the heart of the scenic area, it offers exceptional value for money. The quiet and comfortable living environment, attentive service, and convenient parking facilities are all impeccable. It's perfectly suited for both solo travelers seeking peace of mind and those traveling with companions. Next time I visit Hongcun, I will definitely choose this guesthouse again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers!"

"The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!"

"We used this as a base to get around different scenic areas. It was close to the west parking lot of Hongcun, where several buses can take you to different places, including the Huangshan Scenic Area. The hotel was tastefully decorated and most distinctively, it had a movie lounge and a tea appreciation area. Make use of the hotel's golf cart service to get to the west parking lot and back. There were afternoon snacks provided and they varied each day. The only downside was probably the lack of shops within a 200m radius."
