The hotel is strategically located. China Resources Vientiane City Diwang Building and Dongmen Old Street are nearby. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants nearby and the subway is convenient. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is warm and thoughtful. I will stay here every time I come to Shenzhen. , will come again

The hotel is so spacious and comfortable, the bathtub is so big The kids had a great time. It would be better if there was less light in the room The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean The equipment and supplies are carefully prepared. Will stay again. The hotel is very close to Vientiane City and very convenient.

We had a very pleasant stay at this older property.  The staff are very helpful.The location near the Dongmen pedestrian street was super for shopping and people watching. The breakfast was excellent. I would be happy to stay there again. Good value for the money

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.

Excellent hotel. Be it service, staff or location, it is excellent. My extra bed was placed at the living hall and we have requested to move into the room next to the queen bed. The housekeeper tried and managed to squeeze in for us. The staff at counter will greet with smile. The breakfast is nice and varieties changed everyday. Many eateries and shopping malls.The location is next to many wholesale buildings mainly for clothings. The Laojie streets is so happening every night with live streamers performance. Train is just next to the hotel, 2 stops from Louhu station. Highly recommended. If I go SZ again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The location was great which is just 24 minutes walking distance to Luohu Port. Room is generally clean. The air conditioner is strong enough to improve my sleep quality. The highlight part should be the high speed Wi-Fi. The speed is really good. Overall it could be the most value for money choice to catch up early Hong Kong trip on following day.

Good location and is just 5 minutes walking distance to 国贸 metro station from the hotel. And it is also very near to Dong Meng district. The room is spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the birthday decorations for my wife. She love it so much.

The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

The room was spacious and it has a mix of both modern and historical vibes with the olden lamps. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!! The beds were bigger than most hotels too. Wifi might be a lil hard to connect tho, but that’s a small issue since modt of us would’ve bought data plans. Starting from the receptionists to the cleaner aunties, everyone was so SWEET AND LOVELY!!! They tidied our room daily and even made sure to change our toiletries daily. Laundry service was such a life saver. Service was top notch!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 The location of this hotel was PERFECT. It’s right at the mouth of Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Just go downstairs and start ur shopping/eating adventures. There’s also a dimsum/porridge place right below the hotel which I loveeee for their food! One small issue is that the toilet is not really separated from the shower area. So if sby is showering, u can’t use the washroom and vice versa. A bigger issue is flooding—If many ppl shower one after another, and hair gets clogged, the drainage system is p bad so water seeps out of the toilet into the open area and nearly wetting the carpet itself. But overall, i love this hotel for its comfort, location, service, value for money, and more! Would rebook this hotel for my next stay.

Transportation: In the Hong Kong and Macau Building No. 8, you can walk to Metro Line 2. There are other subway lines around, and the transportation is relatively convenient. Before checking in, you need the help of the security guard downstairs to swipe the floor card before going upstairs. You can walk to Dongmen Old Street. Advantages: Complete facilities, including kitchen, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. If you bring your own pots and bowls, you can cook your own food. There is a balcony to dry clothes. There are three beds, which are more comfortable for sleeping. There is a bed against the wall, which is safer for children. Disadvantages: The key card requires a deposit of 100, the hygiene situation is average, and the hotel's disposable supplies are not complete. It is best to bring your own slippers and toiletries. Mineral water is not provided. I arrived very early and stored my luggage with the boss. Overall a satisfactory stay.

This location is super good, located in the bustling area of East Gate, next to the subway and bus station, the traffic is very convenient! We booked 2 bedrooms, with a family of young and old, living on the upper floors, so the night view outside the window at night is particularly beautiful and very quiet. The big bed in the room is also very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, washing machine can also cook. The landlord is also very good at talking and replying quickly. Every day, there is a special aunt to clean up, and there is a security guard downstairs to make people feel very safe. The only fly in the ointment is that the wardrobe hygiene at the bedside and corners needs to be followed up. I highly recommend a family of friends who come to Shenzhen to play temporarily.

Hotel location is great. It is very close to the subway old street station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Next to the shopping mall, there is a snack bar downstairs. It is more convenient to eat and take out. The health aunt is very serious and responsible and very enthusiastic. Shanshan and Miss Xiaoyan at the front desk are also great. And the hotel's hygiene is relatively clean. There is a laundry room and the internet speed is very fast. recommend! !

The location is first-rate, right on Laojie station, separated from 1234 shopping mall, one floor above Xinfu Building. The price is very affordable. A room with a window is only HK$160, and a room without a window is only HK$30. Hot water is available very quickly. The room is also clean and very cost-effective. Gao, I’ll stay there again next week

Good location a short taxi ride from train station, and excellent for restaurants - the whole area is full of places to eat and was very lively at night. A bit difficult to find on the 9th floor of a block. Receptionist was courteous and efficient. Room was clean, as were the sheets, pillow cases, towels, and toilet. Bed was comfortable and soundproofing was good, apart from the Chinese guests shouting to each other at 7am which I used as an opportunity to practice my Chinese - I'm pleased to say they understood. Good value and we enjoyed our two-night stay.
