Getting to the hotel from the highway was quite convenient. They kindly upgraded our room when they saw I was traveling with my child and elderly parents. While there were a few minor issues after check-in, the hotel handled them promptly. The private hot spring was available anytime, with a circulation system that kept the water at a constant temperature, which was great – my parents and child really enjoyed it. The hotel was redecorated in '25, so the rooms are quite clean. The package we booked also included a case of 20-year aged yellow wine, which made a nice gift to take home! They even prepared a small gift for us when we left – the service was absolutely top-notch! The hotel is also very close to the Orchid Pavilion scenic area, just a 15-minute drive, so we stopped by there the next day. It was a pleasant trip! We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! 😀

家人來紹興旅遊，看到評分這家酒店比較好，果斷定了一間，在小鎮上這家酒店外面看起來很大，有好多層，一樓是一家大型超市，三樓有桌球室，有足浴，棋牌室，還是很方便的，前面可以停車，也有專門的停車場，工作人幫忙帶去，非常熱情，紹興這裏蘭亭風景離酒店很近，開車過去，就幾分鐘，景色怡人，書法學院也去了，還是值得一去的。

The B&B is right next to the Lanting scenic area gate, and the views are lovely. We checked in at night, and there was only one auntie at the front desk. My ID card wouldn't scan into the system for a long time, which was a bit frustrating, but the auntie was very friendly throughout. After scanning, she still had to manually register everything, which felt a bit time-consuming. Another family of three who arrived with us had to wait the whole time and were getting a bit impatient. We originally booked a family room, but they told us they'd upgraded us to a business suite, which had two rooms and two large beds. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, the TV was completely unusable; you needed a membership, and you couldn't cast anything, which was a letdown. Also, the shower water wasn't hot. I showered around 10 PM, and the water was definitely not warm. I didn't have breakfast in the morning, but my husband and child did. They said the breakfast wasn't good and didn't take any pictures. Overall, I'd say the value for money isn't great, though the beds were quite comfortable. On the plus side, it's a pet-friendly hotel, and there's no deposit, just a fee, which is pretty good. 😊

整體是超預期的，自由自在接觸大自然。寵物友好，前台的圓圓很親人，我們的花捲玩得很開心。 硬件打掃很乾凈，但太接近大自然，所以衞生不可能完美，有蟲子（我沒有關紗簾），但紗簾關好，液體蚊香打開，其他房間就沒有發現，民宿準備還是蠻充分的。 我們去時候前面一天下雨，晚上很濕冷，房間開空調就好了，就是户外不能待太久，第二天出太陽就好了。早上空氣清新，適合散步喝茶。 送的小吃味道不錯，叫外賣也蠻方便的。 下次再來。

I recently checked in at this hotel in Shaoxing, and the experience was excellent! Walking into the room, the spacious layout was eye-catching, the room was clean and tidy, the area was large, and the bed and pillow was good, suit me. The hotel staff was warm and considerate, especially the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the food was diverse, and both Chinese and Western styles were available. The food served in the Chinese restaurant was superb. The hotel facilities were brand new. The location of the hotel is also very good, adjacent to the subway station, whether it is to go to popular scenic spots or explore niche streets, it is easy and convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Shaoxing for travel or business!

The room was spacious and bright with good soundproofing, so I slept very well. The hotel environment is elegant, and the toiletries are complete. A perfect experience! The facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money, and the service was gentle and meticulous. The hygiene was excellent. I highly recommend it! I originally booked for two days, but due to a typhoon, I had to leave a day early. The Ctrip app was incredibly difficult to use, but the front desk staff patiently helped me modify my order. There's an indoor half-court basketball court and a gym, which you can use freely. I was prepared to play basketball if I couldn't go out – definitely the top choice for any basketball boy!

位置絕了！就在鏡湖濕地公園內，鬧中取靜，推窗就是湖景綠意，離奧體中心、梅山公園超近。酒店是新中式宋韻風格，大堂雅緻出片，房間乾淨寬敞。服務滿分！管家式服務有求必應，謝謝+，接駁車隨叫隨到，入住有歡迎水果，細節拉滿。 早餐豐富，紹興特色小吃齊全；我們還體驗了漢服，整體體驗超棒，性價比拉滿，來紹興住這準沒錯！

酒店地理位置很好，離市政府和科技館三分鐘車程，離奧體中心五分鐘車程，地鐵口150米距離，交通很方便，酒店前台服務員很好，在辦理入住的時候有送歡迎茶水，早餐廳早餐很豐盛，品種齊全。客房衞生乾淨，值得推薦入住

one of the best Ji-chain hotels i have stayed. Next to subway, clean, smoke-free, super helpful staffs even when we couldn’t speak chinese. Lovely breakfast, nothing fancy, but solid basics. Love it!
