The location is convenient, right by the North Bund, and Raffles City is next door. The environment is great, and Coco is very helpful.

Limpeza: Tinha uma meleca grande na parede ao lado do travesseiro, e havia pelinhos na cama e na toalha de banho. Porém, o cheiro ao entrar no quarto é bastante refrescante, sem o cheiro abafado e úmido de um hotel. Ambiente: Muito bom. A um preço superior a 200, acho que este ambiente é muito bom em Xangai. Mas o isolamento acústico não é bom, mas ninguém faz barulho e todos são relativamente instruídos, então não importa. Serviço: Este tipo de apartamento pode ser alugado regularmente ou diariamente, não existindo serviços especiais e necessários, pelo que está tudo bem. Instalações: Tudo está disponível, incluindo geladeira no quarto, lavanderia no andar de cima, etc. Com o nariz grande e o cabelo, pessoalmente acho que a tia trocou os lençóis, mas ela não os limpou. Não sou muito descuidado, trouxe minhas próprias toalhas e produtos de higiene, então não importa.

Instalações: Este é um hotel quatro estrelas mais antigo, então as instalações são um pouco antigas, mas ainda atendem às necessidades. Os serviços de lavanderia e as bebidas no quarto são pagos à parte. O restaurante giratório no 27º andar é realmente ótimo, com vista para a Oriental Pearl Tower. A comida é muito fresca e deliciosa, e há muitas tias e tios locais vindo aqui para refeições em grupo. Higiene: O lobby e os corredores têm um aroma agradável, e o quarto é limpo. Localização: Situado na área de Tilanqiao, os andares superiores oferecem vistas do rio Huangpu, onde você pode apreciar o nascer do sol sobre o rio pela manhã. O hotel fica no térreo do Museu dos Refugiados Judeus. A maioria dos moradores locais se mudou devido a grandes projetos de reassentamento, então a área não é muito movimentada, mas o shopping Raffles ao lado é bastante animado, e o City Market no subsolo 2 tem muitos lanches. Serviço: Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Menu para dois: Delicioso, com pratos locais que são muito reconfortantes. O café da manhã é farto, e o macarrão com sopa de frango é super saboroso.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente. Ao fazer o check-in, o quarto ainda não estava pronto, mas nos ofereceram um upgrade para outro, o que apreciamos muito, principalmente depois de termos viajado tanto. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, e se esforçaram para falar inglês quando eu estava sozinha. O café da manhã era ótimo, o hotel tinha uma localização central, perto de tudo e da estação de trem. Com certeza nos hospedaremos lá novamente quando voltarmos a Xangai.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Changyang Road North Bund. The hotel is really centrally located and offers excellent value for money, especially for Shanghai. It is a newer property with high tech, modern finishes that feel very much like cutting edge Shanghai. Everything feels fresh, clean, and well thought out. Check in was smooth and easy, which is always appreciated after a long journey. A special shout out to Liyi Zhou and Jeri, who went over and above to assist me. They genuinely tried their best to help with an early check in ahead of my flight and also assisted me with my parcel. Their attitude and effort showed real customer service, and that kind of service deserves to be recognised. The only minor downside is that the food options are limited when it comes to Western-style breakfast items such as omelettes or scrambled eggs. That said, this is an Express property, so it is understandable and not a deal breaker. Overall, do not think twice. Book this hotel at a great rate with good service and a modern, comfortable stay.

I had to book a room last minute and stumbled upon this hidden gem along the Bund! Double rooms were scarce, so I lucked out. Public Areas & Lobby: The overall design embraces a sophisticated grey-black wabi-sabi aesthetic. Water features, fresh greenery, and a subtle fragrance create a neat and elegant lounge area defined by clean lines. The service quality is a huge plus; all staff members were friendly and polite, actively smiling and greeting you when you passed by. The attention to detail really made a great impression. Room Experience: The first thing that caught my eye upon entering was the glass bottle with a hydroponic Monstera plant – its lush roots and vibrant green leaves instantly soothed the summer heat. The room was spacious and tidy, with a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. The vanity included disposable cotton towels, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The room also came with pour-over coffee, canned black tea, and the entire minibar was complimentary. The staff even prepared a custom scent and delivered it to the room in advance. The dual pillow setup catered to different preferences, with a firm neck support pillow offering excellent support and a soft pillow providing a cozy embrace, ensuring a very comfortable sleep experience. Dining | Afternoon Tea & Breakfast: The afternoon tea selection wasn't overly extensive, but every dessert, sandwich, mini-burger, and herbal jelly tasted carefully handmade. A full range of coffee and tea options were available. Breakfast completely exceeded my expectations! Asparagus with lily bulbs, celery with shrimp, short ribs, salmon, and freshly ground tofu pudding were all on offer. I was particularly impressed by the freshly cooked yellow croaker noodles. The broth had no artificial strong flavors; it was simply the pure, sweet freshness of a homemade slow-cooked fish soup, which I completely drank. Even the noodle station auntie had a gentle and pleasant demeanor. Location & Perks: Located in the heart of the North Bund, it’s within walking distance to Suzhou Creek and the Bund waterfront, making it perfect for city strolls. With the AI exhibition causing price surges on Friday, the room rate was just over 2,000 RMB. During the off-peak season, it's less than 2,000 RMB, which is excellent value for money given the prime location. The front desk also provided complimentary entry tickets to the adjacent bar, which could be exchanged for two specialty cocktails after 9:30 PM. You could even enjoy live music later in the evening – a thoughtful little bonus that was much appreciated.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. First of all, the front desk staff were excellent. They were very attentive and kept checking on our needs, doing their best to accommodate all our requests. Their warm and proactive service really made us feel welcome. The room itself was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and thoughtfully arranged, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only small drawback I would mention is the air conditioning system in the room. It only allows you to adjust the fan speed and set the timer, but you cannot control the mode (such as cooling or heating). The mode seems to depend on the day’s weather, which can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was great.

Bom hotel com ótimas instalações, quarto muito confortável. Os funcionários e a equipe de limpeza são simpáticos e prestativos. Disponibilidade para fornecer mais água potável mediante solicitação. A única desvantagem é que fica um pouco mais longe da estação de metrô, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé.
