The location is convenient, right by the North Bund, and Raffles City is next door. The environment is great, and Coco is very helpful.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Shanghai was truly exceptional from start to finish. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary there, and the team made it incredibly special for us. They thoughtfully decorated our room and surprised us with cakes and fruits as a kind gesture. We truly appreciated the effort — it made our celebration even more memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. We especially loved the in-room mini pool — the highlight of our stay was simply relaxing and enjoying a bath while taking in the view. Tales Rooftop Bar was another standout experience. It’s the perfect place to appreciate the stunning city and river views while enjoying drinks. They offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary snacks as well. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. Aside from the buffet selection, guests can also order freshly prepared dishes like noodles and eggs, which are served hot — a wonderful touch. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel valued and were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The overall ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat despite being in a vibrant city like Shanghai. We highly recommend Banyan Tree Shanghai and look forward to returning in the future.

O hotel é muito limpo e confortável, com um preço acessível. Fica muito perto do Bund. Os funcionários do hotel, incluindo a Sra. Ding, foram muito prestativos, gentis e atenciosos. Os quartos eram bem equipados e muito limpos. A equipe de limpeza era diligente e responsável, mantendo os quartos impecáveis. Localizado no Bund Norte, fica a uma curta distância a pé da Ponte Waibaidu e perto da Estação North Sichuan North Road da Linha 10 do metrô, facilitando o transporte. Foi uma grata surpresa na minha viagem. Fica a apenas 10 minutos de táxi da Estação Ferroviária de Xangai e a 10 minutos de carro de atrações turísticas populares como a Torre Pérola Oriental. A equipe de limpeza foi muito educada, o café da manhã era farto e o serviço foi excelente.

Ambiente: Esta foi minha primeira vez na região de North Bund, e a experiência no hotel foi surpreendentemente boa. É um local novo, limpo e organizado, e não muito longe do Bund, por isso é de fácil acesso. Instalações: Os quartos são bem equipados com detalhes atenciosos, especialmente as abundantes tomadas elétricas, que são muito convenientes. As comodidades do quarto também são muito completas, e quaisquer suprimentos necessários são entregues rapidamente pela recepção. O serviço de lavanderia self-service também é muito conveniente, e a equipe até ajuda com a secagem. Serviço: O serviço de mingau à noite foi excelente, perfeito para um lanche rápido antes de um dia de passeios turísticos. O buffet de café da manhã também tinha uma ampla seleção, e a equipe foi muito simpática. Limpeza: A higienização era excelente, e o novo local em si estava limpo. O quarto foi limpo quando voltei, o que foi muito atencioso. Eu me hospedaria aqui novamente na próxima vez que estiver em Xangai.

I think this is on the best hotel I ever been to, they offers free laundry and supper. Cozy zen reading room with drinks. The entire hotel is so aesthetic photo worth. Although the night shift reception abit slow and they ask customers who are checking at evening to wait due to the room is not ready and get scold but that customer 😅 ( to me is kinda bad to the hotel reputation but I give them good service because they really doing it great maybe it’s just tat day ) Sadly i forgot to visit the gym room. Location wise I think it still ok very near to train station and there is a mall behind after meal can go for a walk. If you are looking for a place with walking distance to happening area this may not be the best choice. The facilities are just so nice, the bed and pillow just as good as what they claimed. Had a very great rest , the only thing disadvantage part will the cheaper rate room don have windows

O hotel fica bem perto do metrô. Liguei para eles e consegui fazer o check-in mais cedo. É um hotel novo, super limpo, com um ambiente excelente e ótimo atendimento. A roupa de cama é super confortável, muito bom mesmo.

Instalações: Este é um hotel quatro estrelas mais antigo, então as instalações são um pouco antigas, mas ainda atendem às necessidades. Os serviços de lavanderia e as bebidas no quarto são pagos à parte. O restaurante giratório no 27º andar é realmente ótimo, com vista para a Oriental Pearl Tower. A comida é muito fresca e deliciosa, e há muitas tias e tios locais vindo aqui para refeições em grupo. Higiene: O lobby e os corredores têm um aroma agradável, e o quarto é limpo. Localização: Situado na área de Tilanqiao, os andares superiores oferecem vistas do rio Huangpu, onde você pode apreciar o nascer do sol sobre o rio pela manhã. O hotel fica no térreo do Museu dos Refugiados Judeus. A maioria dos moradores locais se mudou devido a grandes projetos de reassentamento, então a área não é muito movimentada, mas o shopping Raffles ao lado é bastante animado, e o City Market no subsolo 2 tem muitos lanches. Serviço: Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Menu para dois: Delicioso, com pratos locais que são muito reconfortantes. O café da manhã é farto, e o macarrão com sopa de frango é super saboroso.

Environment: The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view from the lobby. It's very convenient, with a shopping mall downstairs and close to the North Bund. Cleanliness: The newly opened hotel is relatively clean. Service: Perhaps due to its recent opening, the service is somewhat lacking. My room wasn't ready by 2 PM when I checked in. I told the front desk they would call me when it was ready, but they never did, and I had to go to the front desk to ask. There were no disposable toiletries in the room, so I had to grab something to take with me. Invoices couldn't be entered with a single click, and many details need improvement. The tissue box was empty when I checked in. Facilities: It's a new hotel, but there are many minor issues, such as the bathroom nightlight flickering at night.

1. Upon check-in, I found two stains on the bedsheet, so I only dared to sleep on the clean half of the bed. 2. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious, making for a comfortable shower experience. 3. The laundry room staff ensured the self-cleaning function of the washing machines was properly used, not just faking it. 4. Good variety for breakfast. 5. Loved the Le Labo bath amenities! I've always used Aesop and appreciate all things woody. 6. When traveling abroad, I only feel comfortable staying at places like W, 🌰 Crown, etc., because even some Hyatts can have subpar conditions. Seeing many foreign tourists and comparing it to my experiences at the aforementioned international hotels, this one offered a much better experience.
