Não sei se o hotel tem pouca equipe ou é muito grande, mas quando você precisa de algo, a entrega é muito, muito lenta. Na primeira noite, a porta da varanda estava difícil de fechar, e esperei muito tempo para alguém vir consertar. Na segunda noite, pedi um par de chinelos infantis e eles nunca chegaram; disseram que seria 'imediatamente' pelo telefone, mas depois desisti de ligar novamente e me virei com o que tinha. 2. O café da manhã e o almoço buffet têm preços de hotel cinco estrelas, mas a comida não corresponde. Foi a pior experiência gastronômica em hotéis de luxo que já tive em muitos anos. A variedade é bastante comum, nada sofisticado, e o sabor é mediano (os pequenos wontons são bons, para ser justo). Também há coisas a elogiar: 1. Tanto no lobby quanto nos restaurantes, o serviço é muito bom; ninguém demonstrou impaciência. O buffet pode não ser saboroso (talvez eu tenha experimentado muitos buffets melhores), mas os funcionários do restaurante são muito atenciosos e arrumam as mesas prontamente. 2. O penhasco reformado é muito característico, com uma história que não é superficial. Provavelmente voltarei quando meu filho for um pouco mais velho. Espero que mantenham os pontos positivos e melhorem a alimentação.

Overall good hotel. Swimming pool was nice, as were the sauna facilities. The breakfast was alright for this tier of hotel (best to come early though as it gets very busy). Service met expectations. The gym should be improved, it is very basic and some of the equipment is definitely home-grade (I'm not very fit, but maxed out the leg press dork a large set without even trying). Still, gym is there and it is better than most Chinese hotels. The check-in process took some time too. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and had to change rooms a few times, in the end we looked at five in total rooms and only one of them was without cigarette smell. We enjoyed the final room, the bathtub was still a bit dirty though and needed a scrub.

Linda localização, muito para fazer com crianças. Piscina interior e exterior muito boa mesmo com crianças pequenas. Quarto em si limpo, mas os tapetes poderiam ser limpos/aspirados melhor. Problema geral com tapetes, talvez apenas remova os tapetes da sala. bastante anti-higiênico, especialmente com uma criança engatinhando. O serviço foi bom, muito amigável, embora às vezes um pouco lento e você sempre teve que alertá-los de que precisava de talheres ou guardanapos, etc.

The hotel is Ok, a typical Holiday Inn. But the location is disappointing. I am in search of the old Songjiang town and thought this hotel's location is good for that. But it looks like there is no such thing as old Songjiang town. This location will be good for business travelers.

Hotel is very Luxurious, a true 5 star hotel. Very close to Guangfulin attraction and the hotel itself was very beautiful and relaxing. Very generous bathroom amenities. Hotel reception staff could be improved, I was rather disappointed with their hospitality as they weren’t very informative with what our package included and needed more training. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

O hotel é bastante novo, aparentemente inaugurado em outubro passado, e possui uma localização privilegiada na cidade antiga de Songjiang. Fica muito perto da Estação Zuibaichi da Linha 9 do metrô e nas proximidades da Rua Antiga de Songjiang e da Rua Miaoqian. A equipe da recepção foi muito acolhedora, especialmente Xiao Wang, cujo serviço profissional, atencioso e meticuloso deixou uma ótima impressão. Os quartos eram limpos, organizados, espaçosos e iluminados, com excelentes instalações e comodidades, tanto em termos de infraestrutura quanto de serviços. A camareira de cada andar, Xiao Ye, era diligente, responsável e dedicada à limpeza dos quartos, deixando-os impecáveis. O café da manhã do hotel era farto, delicioso e visualmente atraente. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was a major advantage, with several shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the outdoor swimming pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, the spa area was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty. I would especially like to recognize Jayden, who was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly he handled every request and resolved any issues that came up. The hotel is somewhat far from both Shanghai city center and the airport, but if you have business or activities in this area, the location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would gladly return in the future.
