Good price, location and room size. Close to Sapparro JR station, convenience stores, McDonald's and souvenir shops. Recommended!

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

Vessel Hotels never disappoint when you are looking for a simple business hotel to stay in and particularly so for a solo traveller like i am. The room was small but clean and the breakfast was delicious - just look at it 😍 Everything tasted fresh and it was advertised as once being no. 4 in the country!

Nice cosy hotel in the heart of Sapporo ! Very clean and new . It would be better if the parking was free for this hotel . Nonetheless the price per night is value for money . Will definitely stay here again .

The room was clean and big enough for 2 people with twin beds. Very close to the night life Susukino. The breakfast was good many choices. However the parking is very limited we need to park other place but the hotel staff suggested us the good parking for our checkout time.

This newly opened hotel is perfectly located next to Susukino station on Level 7. The Airport Limousine Bus will drop you about 1 block back from the hotel. The rooms are fairly small yet functional, bigger rooms have the lesser view so pick a small room. You will be unable to access the hotel onsen/spa unless you book a premium room with no paid access allowed. This seems like an incredible shortsided mindset of the hotel especially if the onsen is empty. Why not offer paid entry to guests during quiet times? The hotel also participates in extensive greenwashing with a fake commitment to helping the environment. If you choose eco housekeeping, they will still throw away your toothbrush and replace with another. On top of this, they give you a QR code to redeem a free bottle of water of tea (unsure how this helps the environment?) Breakfast is okay but be sure to arrive before 9am as food is not replenished or replaced on the buffet. There are lots of service staff standing and running around but not much productivity of cleaning tables, removing plates etc. The local area has extensive “girl information” shop fronts so I probably wouldn’t recommend the area for families although it did feel safe.

Excellent hotel just walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. Just take the train from New Chitose Airport and you will arrive near to the hotel plus it is walking distance to places of interest.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

The bath looks beautiful new unit bath, but the drainage is packed with a lot of hair, and the flow is terrible, and I took a lot of hair with tissue. ２ On the day, when I returned to the room, the room was cleaned and towels were replenished. However, there is hair on the futon. .. .. It's different from my hair color and length, so it's definitely not mine. I don't think it's a purity, but I didn't like picking up the hair of a person who didn't know many times in the room. I think it's cheap and good if you just stay, but the people at the front desk feel bad, it's mushy, and I don't think I'll go again. I think the location is very good. The room on the road side can hear a lot of outside sounds in the middle of the night and the footsteps on the upper floor.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we booked a room type NORD, a twin room for a couple and a 9 yrs old kid. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has luxurious shower head and bathtub. Unlimited free coffee at the lobby, 1 free glass of wine per day, vending machine, coin laundry, bathroom amenities all well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed their help to make a phone call in japanese and it was done and arranged perfectly. Location was great, 2 mins walk from exit 24 of Sapporo Subway Station and Family Mart is right behind it. Tokyu Department store with Uniqlo, GU and Big Camera just right across the street. The only down side would be it doesn’t have a very great view, but the price was really budget friendly too. Really enjoyed our stay.
