Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

The hotel is old. Remember, don't talk or work with the old man staff of hotel, all of them are slow and low efficiency. If you need any assistance, please Remember to find young hotel staff. Two times of electricity fuse were broken and one times of toilet flush was out of order during my stay. In general, not good !

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

Because the apartment encountered some special circumstances, I booked this nearby hotel for one night. After moving in, I feel that it is the same as the domestic fast standard, and the price is not cheap. The room is not big, and the bathroom is a big step up. Every place is slightly crowded. I feel that the building layout should be relatively old. The internal environment is quite satisfactory. If you want to eat breakfast in the hotel during the epidemic, you need to make an appointment in advance. The geographical position is advantageous. It is just across the street from Peking University. Because it is around the school, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and izakaya. It is very close to the subway bus station and one stop from Sapporo Station.

The hotel brought a voucher for breakfast the next day, which is more cost-effective. Hotel location is OK, not far from Sapporo jr station, about ten minutes walk. The hotel is clean and well done. Although small, it is fully equipped. The water pressure in the bathroom is very sufficient, the bath is very comfortable, and the bathtub is very clean, because the water pressure is enough to soak the bath water quickly, and it is so wonderful to take a bath in the winter! It was also quiet at night, with no noise. Overall, very satisfied and value for money.

I love love love this hotel! The location is amazing, and the directions to the hotel is really easy to follow from the Sapporo Station. There are quite a few convenience stores nearby like Lawson, 7-11 and Seicomart, so it’s really convenient when you want to get something at night. Though I did not use their amenities, it seemed to be super clean and new too. They have a smoking room on the first floor but I rarely smell any smoke when I am waiting for the lift except for one day when there were exceptionally lots of smokers, so the lifts were filled with the smell. The room size is sufficient for me, since I’m travelling solo. I had enough space to open my luggage and enough hangers to hang my clothes. However, if you’re travelling as a couple or more, it probably wouldn’t be enough. The room is really clean and you can opt for room cleaning every day, and they would replenish all of the toiletries, water and green tea/coffee sachets. You can decide whether to change your bedsheet all of that, by placing a card on the bed to request for new bedsheets. The Tanukikoji Shopping Street is around 15-20mins walk from the hotel, may not be close for others but you can take the train from Sapporo :) for me, because I love walking, it was a pretty okay distance for me to walk. There are also some tourists attractions that are within walking distance such as the JR Tower, Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Hokkaido University, etc. The only con I could find is that the staffs don’t really speak in English. So I had to use the translation app to ask them questions. Overall, I would want to stay there again when I’m travelling to Sapporo. It’s close to the central station so it’ll be easier for me to do day trips out of Sapporo.

The room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

This time I used it for the latter half of the business trip for 8 nights. The washing machine and dryer are in each room, so the clothes such as changing clothes were half done. The detergent is 22 yen at the front desk, so it is real washing and free. I washed the day before check-out, so I only had 1 nights of laundry at home and was very helpful. Well, I just wrote about the laundry, but there is also a mini kitchen, and I can borrow a set of cooking utensils in 1,000 yen ／ weeks, so I enjoyed a cheap Genghis Khan using the desired super meat for two nights. I made egg grilled and sausage fried in breakfast. I think the room is large and clean. Darlingly, the location of the large sofa at the corner is bad, and it is literally not suitable for watching TV. And, it's a little bit watery. It is far from downtown, but it is a busy location for locals around 18jo subway station, so I personally like it. The price is ,,,. Usually it is reasonable, but when it is busy, it becomes a little high to doubt the eye, so it is better not to look at the foot of the customer very much.

Although the public event space on the second floor is not very big, I have met good friends from South Korea and Taiwan. If you go to Hokkaido, you will plan to live again. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Hokkaido University. It is very convenient to get a traffic light from the subway.

It's our first time to spend a night at this hotel. We had several experiences staying in other Toyoko Inn hotels. The staff saw the four pieces of luggage we carried and gave us the barrier-free room, which was spacious and clean. We were thankful for the staff’s thoughtfulness. We took a stroll in the Hokkaido University campus in the afternoon before we checked in. There's a Yodobashi Camera nearby. The free breakfast was good, a few kinds of choices-- bread, scrambled eggs,rice and miso soup. We will surely recommend and come back again!

Advantages Clean and well ventilated. No bad smell in sea bream by using slippers! Friendly staff and various amenities were also good. Even after checking out, I was able to travel comfortably by keeping my luggage. Disadvantages Hard to find for beginners. It's easy to find it when you come out to the north of the map. Even if you go to Google Map hard and find it hidden between big buildings, it's hard to find. I was fine after adapting. 10 minutes walk to Sapporo Station. Underground bar and cafe in the parking lot smells too strong.

It was my second stay, but the room is different, but there is a massage chair, and the room is 12 minutes wide for single stay. The cleanliness of the room is normal. Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality.
