"This is a long overdue positive review! Last week, I traveled to Western Sichuan, and on the second night, I stayed at this hotel. Due to altitude sickness, I had an unbearable headache in the early hours of the morning. I asked the owner if there was a hospital nearby, and without a second thought, he drove me to the Xinduqiao Health Center. After my treatment, he came back to pick me up. It was already past 1 AM, and it was hailing outside. I wanted to offer him a token of appreciation, but he refused. The next day, when I saw him at the restaurant, he even asked how I was recovering. I was incredibly touched. I promised the owner a good review at the time, but since my friend made the booking, it's taken until now for me to get a chance to review it on my phone. My sincerest apologies for the delay. I wish the owner a prosperous business and Tashi Delek! 🌹 P.S.: The hotel has oxygen equipment, the bedding is very clean, and the breakfast is a unique nine-grid style. The corn and soft-boiled eggs were delicious."

"Recently renovated with very nice amenities. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was good mix of *******, Chinese, and western foods. Location next to Anjue Temple and one block from Kangding Lovesong Square can’t be beat."

"Very nice and cosy hotel! They offered us a free room upgrade and the room was spacious! There is no air conditioning inside but there is a heater. They even have a floating sofa for you to relax on. Nice and comfortable stay!"

"如果對聲音比較敏感，不要住二層的房間。晚上10點15突然被很大的噪音吵醒，聯繫管家讓工作人員查看，説是地暖設備的聲音，調節後小了一些，但還是吵的人焦躁。老闆馬上給調到了五樓的套房，聽不到設備的噪音了，但已經10點50，好久才睡着。老公和孩子對調節後的噪音程度可以接受，我睡覺比較輕的就完全不行，這種情況酒店最好提前告知客人。剩下的都是優點：1. 所有的服務人員態度都特別好。管家小白所有的問題都能及時回覆，還幫忙穿藏服，編頭髮，手藝好。反映房間噪音問題後工作人員和老闆馬上到房間查看，並及時調換房間。行李箱也有人幫忙運送到房間。2.酒店裝修風格很有格調，審美在線，各處都讓人看着舒服，洗浴產品是帕爾馬之水。3.餐食味道挺好，早餐豐富，每種吃完都可以加。4.要泡私湯時，有人來房間清潔消毒湯池，加水，還挺乾淨。5.活動豐富，可以穿藏服拍照，射箭，槳板，還有收費的叢林探險。確實是挺值得來的酒店。"

"設施：設施很齊全，該有的都有，還有氧氣設備應對高反。 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，東西都很新。 環境：環境四面環山，上到山頂還能看到貢嘎雪山！ 服務：服務一流了！睡醒發現車子爆胎，老闆還幫忙換胎，提供工具，認真負責，零下的温度二話不説直到把輪胎換好。很值得推薦！"

"The girls who greeted us were really nice and responsible. However, the room facilities were just so-so. At 2k a night, considering the view and amenities, the value for money was very low. The courtyard wasn't very private, and the toiletries were poorly provided. They provided two small conditioners but no body lotion, and it was placed near the sink. For four people (two adults and two children), there were only two mouthwash cups – clearly, you can't judge a book by its cover. Also, I suggest the owner not be so mercenary. Making money and it being peak season are understandable. Breakfast was just a bowl of rice noodles, which was already quite perfunctory. Asking for coffee was met with an extra charge, although the girls later provided it, the experience was still terrible. How much does a cup of coffee cost? Not to mention, I spent over 600 yuan on a bland hot pot dinner at their restaurant that evening. There were barely any chicken pieces, yet the whole pot cost 388 yuan. The next day, I went to Kangding city and had a yak hot pot that my family of four ate until we were stuffed, and it only cost 200 yuan. There were many other small details, but I won't go into them. I hope the owner can maintain good quality and value for money while making money. Don't try to make a quick buck. Thanks again to the girls for their service."

"因為是臨時決定去玩，所以訂房比較晚，衹有大床房了，還好床夠大，老闆很貼心的加了被子和枕頭，我們是下午4點過到的，進到房間床已經暖好了，房間衞生乾淨，很舒服，吃飯也很方便，晚上吃的湯鍋挺好，早上早餐也很豐富，離埡口也不遠，去看日照金山挺方便的"

"酒店環境極佳，清潔而雅緻。整體設計風格獨具匠心，客房的佈置更是別具一格。每一處細節都透露着精心策劃的痕跡，房間內設施一應俱全，智能助手小度的配備更是增添了現代感。床墊和記憶枕的舒適度令人贊歎，房間供養充足，徹底消除了高反，讓我們安睡一整夜。 在服務方面，車輛剛抵達，工作人員便上前熱情詢問是否有行李需要協助，並主動幫忙搬運。在我們正式入住前，還細緻地引領我們參觀了不同類型的房型。店主考慮到我們攜帶小朋友，特別為我們進行了免費升級，入住之後工作人員送來了精緻的下午茶，在房間邊享用下午茶邊欣賞窗外的風景，輕鬆愜意。店主帶着小朋友體驗藏香的製作，小朋友忙的不亦樂乎。值得一提的是房間的泡池，當小朋友想要享受泡池時，我們臨時提出需要營造一些氛圍，雖然事先沒有準備，店主還是迅速行動，清洗消毒了海洋球，並從花園中採摘了自家種植的美麗玫瑰，精心佈置，使得整個體驗充滿了賓至如歸的温馨。小朋友不慎割傷手指時，酒店工作人員立刻提供了消毒和包紮的急救措施，並陪同我們去附近的葯店妥善處理，讓我們備感關懷。 早餐同樣精緻可口，每一份料理都體現出廚師的用心與熱情，確是一次難忘的美好體驗。"
