"如果對聲音比較敏感，不要住二層的房間。晚上10點15突然被很大的噪音吵醒，聯繫管家讓工作人員查看，説是地暖設備的聲音，調節後小了一些，但還是吵的人焦躁。老闆馬上給調到了五樓的套房，聽不到設備的噪音了，但已經10點50，好久才睡着。老公和孩子對調節後的噪音程度可以接受，我睡覺比較輕的就完全不行，這種情況酒店最好提前告知客人。剩下的都是優點：1. 所有的服務人員態度都特別好。管家小白所有的問題都能及時回覆，還幫忙穿藏服，編頭髮，手藝好。反映房間噪音問題後工作人員和老闆馬上到房間查看，並及時調換房間。行李箱也有人幫忙運送到房間。2.酒店裝修風格很有格調，審美在線，各處都讓人看着舒服，洗浴產品是帕爾馬之水。3.餐食味道挺好，早餐豐富，每種吃完都可以加。4.要泡私湯時，有人來房間清潔消毒湯池，加水，還挺乾淨。5.活動豐富，可以穿藏服拍照，射箭，槳板，還有收費的叢林探險。確實是挺值得來的酒店。"

"This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."

The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What was particularly thoughtful, given the dry plateau climate, was that every room was equipped with a humidifier—this detail truly earned extra points. The staff's service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every employee was warm and attentive. They proactively helped with luggage and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. Upon learning we were driving, they even thoughtfully provided convenient information about parking and charging. Overall, Kangding Tingshan Sengu Tangquan Homestay excels in its hot springs, accommodation, and service. It's an absolute gem not to be missed when visiting Kangding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"
