Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay."

"My stay was just amazing ! Installations are excellent, heater from the ground made a confortable room for me when it was freezing outside. Rooms are well thought and well equiped ! Everything you need. The view is just stunning. I slept the curtains open to be with the mountains, even at wake up with the sunrise which is just amazing !
The breakfast buffet was diverse and nice. I enjoyed it ;)
The team has been so nice and looking to help me ! Can only advise you to stay there."

The interior rooms are modern and simple decoration, equipped with TV, floor heating, bedding accessories are very comfortable, and the hygiene is very clean. UUsuário convidadoLocation was far from town but don’t worry there is a restaurant within the hotel. The food was okay. All the staffs including the chef were very friendly. This is a new hotel. Our room was very beautiful with a large window & a bathroom attached to it. It was snowing the next day and we loved the view.
It was also possible to do laundry here but you’ll need the whole night to dry your clothes. They don’t really have a proper dryer here.

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel room's oxygen supply is not available 24/7—it only starts after 5 PM (they said the equipment requires maintenance). Although the oxygen appears to be working late at night, it feels like the high-altitude sickness and hypoxia return.
I'm not sure if it's just our room or a general issue, but the hot water is inconsistent—it suddenly turns cold for half a second or a second before switching back to hot, repeating this cycle endlessly... Taking a shower was incredibly frustrating.
The floor heating takes forever to warm up, and by late at night, it's just cold and oxygen-deprived, making proper rest impossible.
The breakfast was average, and the restaurant recommended by the front desk staff was decent.

SSupoxiaojie非常好，非常滿意！首先入住時小哥哥非常熱情，事無鉅細地説明，我們從康定到塔公，下午開始高反，趕緊找了個酒店先住下吸氧；一進去超級暖和；晚上小哥送來晚安飲品，半夜另一位也有一胸悶，小哥立馬再送來一個製氧機，服務很棒；風景更贊，一眼萬去就是雅拉雪山，就是可惜沒看到日照金山；晚上星空也超美，雖然風很大，但是人生第一次見這麼多星星✨下次再來還住這👍🏻

TTilalisuThis guesthouse is truly charming, beautifully decorated in an authentic ******* style. It's the owner's personal residence, offering a quaint and elegant atmosphere. Both the owner and his wife are wonderful people with outstanding service-mindedness. Their child is exceptionally cute and polite; we all absolutely adored them. The owner is an artist, which was quite interesting! Unfortunately, I was suffering from altitude sickness that day and didn't get a chance to chat much with him. He was incredibly caring and attentive to our condition, for which we are truly grateful. The breakfast was lovely and could be delivered right to our room. They even helped us order takeout for dinner and lit a fire for us downstairs. We are so thankful for all their help. Although it might be hard for us to visit Western Sichuan again, we still wish you all the very best and thank you profoundly!

GGuest UserThe rooms were clean and just right, and they even had an oxygen concentrator. Wearing it while sleeping made me feel so much better, and I was able to tackle 4500 meters the next day with no problem. We booked two rooms, and luckily, they gave us connecting balconies, which made visiting each other super convenient, haha! 😂 I didn't take any room photos, only scenery shots.

GGuilinfeige川西遊迄今住的最棒的酒店，榻榻米式的房間感覺很温馨恬靜，在酒店公共區間碰到的其他住客都不約而同放低説話聲量。房間裏面配備了氧氣機，不過我們一家人都沒用，倒是那個加濕器完美解決我晚上睡覺鼻孔乾澀的問題。套房超級大，不但兩個房間大，客廳也寬敞，一家人出遊東西本來就多，就是需要這種空間寬敞的房間。客廳的投影也很好用，家裡小孩找到了玩手機遊戲的平替。圖片放的是一人份的早餐，也是加分項。唯一一點不足，淋浴間花灑噴水不利索，水温也不是太夠。
