Well, Crown Plaza is our usual our favorite hotel and also our first-choice hotel in Qingdao city and naturally chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao again. The hotel hasn’t lost any of its avantgarde charm. Furthermore, the employees are still as professional and helpful as I remember them from the last time (this time I would like to mention Ms. Fanny from the front desk, hassel-free check in that was quick and we were given a free upgrade) . The rooms are spacious, and the amenities will cater to every whim. The convenient location is an added bonus, which doesn’t need to be mentioned separately as the hotel location which is near to five four squares.

Disappointing experience due to some confusing information about the food services. When i checked in at 6pm, I was told that the main restaurant was already closing and that I should order from room service. The instructions for room service were misleading and hard to follow because of new qr codes that were not properly connected to the hotel system. The phone next to the menu (and the bed) and menu card with instructions did not work. At one point, I went down to the lobby to ask for help. After three hours of trying to get food, i gave up and left the hotel to find a restaurant. As a result, I did not have enough time to use the pool, which was my main reason for checking into the hotel for the last day of my vacation to celebrate my birthday. Someone from the front desk tried to help, but I think there was a lot of confusion about the qr codes. I could leave more details, but I will just say that later that night I found other instructions about dialling 0 later in very small print. If it had been clearer, I would not have used the QR codes which were far bigger than the text about dialling 0. The bathroom was nice, but a bit worn down. The breakfast could be better. Definitely did not feel like a Westin experience.

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

CTS Hong Kong Haiquan Bay, a good experience! Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. It has a majestic appearance. It is a hotel in a fairy tale castle with an exotic feel. It is the castle in children's dreams. The hotel equipment is a bit old, but the rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the dishes taste good. The first choice hotel to bring your family for a weekend break. Here you can see the sea, soak in the hot spring nest, and have a playground for the children. It provides full services for food, accommodation and entertainment. It is a warm and comfortable experience. We will come back to Haiquan Bay.

The hotel is good and the only thing we were unhappy about was the shower and the gym facility. Shower: it is one of these handheld taps and no matter what we tried we could not position the handle correctly on the clamp. Gymnasium: No one was there, A/C not on, no water and no towels

Her attentiveness and dedication were remarkable; she ensured that everything was taken care of smoothly and promptly responded to all my questions in English, demonstrating not only professionalism but also genuine care for guests. This level of service significantly enhanced my stay, making the Qingdao Haitian Hotel a place I will undoubtedly choose again in the future. A good place for leisure especially in the summer time. A huge beaches called Golden and Silver beach are just in front of the hotel Le Meridian @ Huangdao, most of the rooms are with seaviews and balcony, so relaxing!!~ Special thanks given to the MOD (manager on duty) Cindy during our stay. She was kind and helpful, we were appreciated to the complimentary starbuck coffee in the lobby offered to us. Dinner and breakfast buffet were nice at the very competitive price, all staff in the F&B were friendly.

My friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during our trip to Qingdao. Initially, we had high expectations of the hotel especially since my friend had experienced what Holiday Inn was like in a previous city which was a very good experience. However, our expectations were no met😕 at this hotel. Overall, it was not a bad stay because the hotel was at a good location (there's a mall literally behind the hotel, lots of restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station) and the staff at the front dest were nice. However, the food, on trip.com, it notes there's western breakfast but there was not! The breakfast was a basic Chinese breakfast so we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. Additionally, the hotel needs to be diligent about cleaning the bathrooms. You need to actually scrub the bathroom and not just wipe it down! The shower and around the face basin had mold which was very disgusting and disturbing 🤢. Please do better! Otherwise, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were so soft, we felt like we were sleeping on clouds 😍😁. We also loved that the lobby had free popcorn for the guests to take 😄.

Staff was friendly and able to assist us in English. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and a portion of Laoshan. We could also see many fireworks being set off on the beach during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. The in house restaurant Dong Hai 88 offered generous portion at a good price. Unfortunately the in house bar, BEBA, was closed.
