The buffet offered a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties like 'Pancake Rolls with Everything' and seafood noodles. High value for money! The hotel boasts a prime location, within walking distance to the beach, May Fourth Square, and the Olympic Sailing Center. Vientiane City (MixC) is nearby, making dining and shopping convenient. Public transport links are also excellent."

"Location: The hotel is a bit out of the way, and the address on Ctrip is a bit off. I couldn't reach the main entrance by driving using the navigation system. Hopefully, improvements will be made. Facilities: As it's newly built, the facilities are relatively new, but lack amenities like laundry facilities and on-site entertainment. Environment: The biggest issue was the strong smell of the newly renovated odor. I couldn't sleep with the windows closed the entire time, which was my biggest concern. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was excellent and deserves praise. 👍 Service: The service was excellent. The hotel did its best to address any requests and always apologized for any shortcomings. This is what I find most valuable. 👍👍👍 Hopefully, things will get better in the future."

"The front desk asked for my phone number during check-in, even though my contact info is already available through Ctrip or Huazhu. They're clearly trying to bypass the platforms to solicit good reviews after check-out under the guise of a follow-up call. If they need something, they should ask me directly at check-out (I consider this harassment). Food delivery is incredibly slow, and they even write the room number and my name clearly on the receipt with a marker (I'm not sure if it's the delivery driver or the front desk, but isn't this a privacy issue?). Since the hotel front desk is on the second floor, you have to wait for the elevator to go up to the second floor, check in, and then wait for the elevator again to go up to your room. The same goes for check-out. (The hotel shares the ground floor elevator lobby with other offices in the building.) During morning and evening rush hours, office workers from the building constantly go in and out of the hotel entrance, making it feel chaotic with no privacy whatsoever. The two keycard access panels in the elevator were confusing for a first-timer, and it took a while to figure out how to use them. Overall, because the hotel isn't a standalone building, the lobby is constantly bustling with all sorts of people, making it feel messy. The room itself is fine, but if privacy and efficiency are important to you, you might want to reconsider. Also, at the restaurant, staff only ask for your room number at the entrance. Inside, I didn't see anyone checking the food stations, and many items were empty. The corn was all dried out. If anything I've written is incorrect, please feel free to contact me to have it removed."

Por que eu tive que solicitar especificamente isso está além da minha compreensão. Outro problema foi o carpete da sala. Deixei cair minha caneta quando percebi como ela estava terrivelmente suja. Reclamou novamente, solicitou a limpeza com aspirador de pó. Adivinha? Disseram-me que não podem porque não têm aspirador...."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Zhanqiao Pier. You just cross the road from the hotel and you're there. The large bay windows in the sea-view rooms are like a picture frame for the entire bay, offering stunning panoramic views of the classic Zhanqiao scenery. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. They have an underground parking garage, which is really convenient for those driving. The breakfast was also quite substantial. The only minor downside is that the room decor felt a little dated, but this is a small issue considering the great value for money!"

Embora não esteja no centro da cidade, é ainda mais conveniente pegar um táxi no beira da estrada. O serviço no hotel foi muito bom. Encontramos alguns problemas no primeiro dia. Depois de relatar o problema, a senhora chamada Fang na recepção imediatamente tratou o problema de forma satisfatória. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia nos próximos dias."
