The hotel is within a shopping center which is very convenient. Free parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is ok, not too many choices but it s enaugh.

The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

Summary: A beautiful location, that’s all. The price is 5-stars, the rooms are 2.5 stars. Restaurant overcharged more than €150 for wine. Keep an eye on your bill. The bar staff, led by Paulino, is friendly and attentive, his cocktails are legendary. The rest of the staff varies between outright rude and arrogant to charming and efficient. Two large parties made up of several rooms had dinner, separately, at the restaurant on the evening we arrived. Despite telling the Maitre our room numbers with each order, the bill for each table was simply divided by the rooms, irrespective of what had been ordered. The food was mediocre at best, but hey, it was only €86 per room, including wine, right? Well now comes the fun part. At each table, the wine bottles were then randomly assigned to rooms, DOUBLE BILLING the WINE. We only discovered this when one of the guests checked out and noticed the wine was included on his bill, along with the ”Menu Special” for €86. After getting all the accounts for the rooms of our group, and spending nearly two hours combing through the invoices, we finally got to the bottom of the issue. The full meal including wine was charged, split amongst the rooms, and then the wine was charged a second time. This happened to two different tables who were not associated with each other for the dinner. Sounds fishy to you too? Well, the hotel management wasn't too interested. The Maitre seemed more upset that we'd discovered the restaurant's cheat than the fact they made a ”mistake”. Another 30 minutes of discussion with the hotel’s duty manager resulted in the doubly booked wine being removed from the bill. Despite the whole hotel using carbon copy pads to take orders, no one showed us the bill from the restaurant, nor were we asked to sign anything on that order. Everywhere else, we needed to sign for €3 espressos in the bar, etc. What a great way for the newlyweds to spend their first day as a married couple. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL larger groups are subjected to the same treatment. I advise you to double-check your bills. The rooms in the annex are old and buggered, like 1980's old. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are dirty, everything has a musty smell. You'd also have to be a hobbit to use the bidet in our room, usual rate ＞ €300/ night. During our three-night stay, we sunned ourselves on the stony and narrow beach, with the occasional whiff of sewage. This smell is particularly delightful when you are enjoying a hideously overpriced salad at the beach bar. Breakfasts are generally good, although the chefs have no idea how to fry an egg. The first day, one of my two fried eggs arrived without the yellow, clearly having broken in the pan. However, the chef had managed to burn the bottom, while leaving the white raw and uncooked on top. Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again

Unfortunately it is the summary of all the reviews I read too late but not enough to make understand the enthusiasm of qs hotel, if so you can call .. sud rooms, as soon as I arrived I cleaned the air-conditioning filter I don't tell you how it was, bad bath, in the hot-smoking breakfast room, I asked to light at least the ventilator pales at the ceiling, it could not be broken, Wherever the bad smell of old lady, the parking in fact does not exist will never make you park inventing excuse (it is reserved to the owner, it is for the elderly who can't take the stairs, I certainly imagine how many old people book a The hotels are high on a slope) forcing you to take 84 stairs on a public hall with broken and scrapped passports to go to parking in a rough field. We were first in this hotel and since we had booked in the short term, we had no big demands. Therefore we were positively surprised. Location: It is near the center of Procchio = 250 meters (very small village) and near the great sandy beach to foot/foot 400 meters (or free shuttle bus from the hotel). Hotel: many with green plant, various types of rooms. Restaurant closed room or after season on the terrace. Little cozy bar, lobby and a living room. Pool: all above the hotel with view to green - right to relax. Has bedrooms screens Kiosk/Bar and playground Shower Whirlpool. There were not many children / adolescents in the hotel and therefore the awareness animation has not turned the music fully after 16:00 or tried to ”smooth”. Partly we heard only the birds' switch and the books' bladder. Great! Beach: public sandy beach with very good restaurants, toilets showers, clothes rooms. Linen chairs and screens for free - but a discount for hotel guests. Although we visited many other sand beaches, we enjoyed it best here. Parking: Free before the hotel and behind the hotel. Rooms: We had a large clean room with balcony, 2 chairs and a table, Washing chair and side sea view on the street side. Except blue light / Sirene it was not disturbing. In the room a closet comedy large pond, high night table chair, safe, minibar and air conditioning. The bathroom is large but the shower is small. We had no chlorine water taste. Restaurant: We had half-pension. Breakfast consists of musli a lot of sweet baked Brötli fruit tomato juice yoghurt S*****en cheese egg confectionery butter.. unfortunately for a 4* I would have expected better cheese varieties. Nightingale: just perfect concept! Like on a cruise.. you read the menu for the evening in the morning. So there is little food waste. Super. Choose a 4-gang menu between meat, fish, vegi. Great portions. Qualitatively very high quality processed. Equivalent to a 5* hotel. Tables are fixed. Personal: Very careful and friendly in the restaurant. Great praise to the entire team. Very good explanation/support for menu selection as well as wine advice. The barman, staff at the reception, animation team were very friendly and helpful. Super did it through email contact with regard to buying ferry tickets. Thank you. The hotel and the beach facility is animal friendly. I always find it funny if guests have the expectation that the staff should speak x languages, but the guest does not even have the decent to greet or thank in Italian. Then you ask why I am treated differently?! Our picture is certainly also seasonal. However, we can only recommend this hotel further.
