The hotel is within a shopping center which is very convenient. Free parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is ok, not too many choices but it s enaugh.

The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

Very old hotel. Comfortable rooms but the towels and some chipped walls and furniture do not correspond to a five star. They asked me for a taxi to go to the port and in the end a person from the hotel appeared who then made me change cars at the entrance of the port and took me to a place that was not charging me 25 euros. He wanted to charge me more to take me to the right place... The hotel is responsible for this because the initial car was owned by a person from the hotel

Una settimana da Dio!!!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff del Riva Toscana Resort. Con mia moglie e il piccolo Tommaso abbiamo prenotato una settimana in questo splendido Resort di nuova apertura....camere belle e pulizie nella norma. Spa e piscine fantastiche con un tramonto da rimanere a bocca aperta! Non siamo giocatori di golf ma grazie a Gianni, che ci ha fatto fare un giro del campo, abbiamo apprezzato e approfittato per fare una prova in campo pratica (penso così si chiami) Una plauso va senza dubbio al ristorante e al bar....cocktails preparati con professionalità e gentilezza da Simone, il quale ci ha fatto provare delle sue ”invenzioni”....molto molto hihihihihihi (il verso di Simone nel servirli) ahahahah Fantastico!!!! Ristorante da assegnare subito un stella Michelin...non scherzo...qualità e passione sono le basi dello chef Marco....bravissimo con tutto il suo staff a preparare delizie con prodotti Km0. Chi completa il lavoro dello chef è senz' altro che LUI.....Carmine il Maitre ...persona simpaticissima e professionale! Merso il sommelier (appena diplomato) e Alfredo aggiungono un plus al ristorante. Senza dimentica re le ragazze alle colazioni, carine e veloci nel portarti caffè e cappuccino. Credetemi, una settimana di relax, risate, ottima cucina e qualche escursione che consiglio vivamente di fare (Massa Marittima, Scarlino, Suvereto ecc ecc) Grazie grazie grazie!!! Hotel nella norma, non aspettative una cucina di qualità, camere belle e pulite. Consiglio per tutti: non parcheggiate fuori dall’hotel di domenica,vi porteranno via la macchina, c’è il mercato e nessuno vi avviserà.( Mafiata Bella e buona) Gestore Hotel, poco raccomandabile in quanto non ha avvisato noi del mercato con conseguenze poco gradevoli. Consigliato ma non troppo.
