My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. Minha estadia no The Ritz-Carlton, Istambul, de 7 a 9 de outubro de 2025, foi excelente. O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada com vistas deslumbrantes para o Bósforo, além de limpeza e profissionalismo excepcionais. O serviço foi impecável – cortês, atencioso e discreto. O quarto Premium era espaçoso, bem decorado e o serviço de limpeza impecável. As comodidades do hotel (spa, restaurante e bar do lobby) atenderam às minhas expectativas, embora o padrão pudesse ser um pouco mais elevado em comparação com outras comodidades. No geral, porém, considero a estadia muito confortável e altamente recomendada, tanto para viagens a negócios quanto a lazer.

Chegamos ao hotel depois da meia-noite e fomos informados de que o quarto estava lotado e que não havia outro quarto disponível no momento. Fomos transferidos para outro hotel e informados de que teriam um quarto para nós pela manhã. Nos transferiram do Crowne Plaza para o Ramada (um rebaixamento absurdo). Dormimos algumas horas no Ramada, fizemos o check-out e voltamos para a recepção do Crowne Plaza. A recepcionista nos disse que ainda não havia quartos disponíveis e que teríamos que voltar para o Ramada. Dissemos a ela que gostaríamos de falar com a gerente dela, e ela respondeu que era a gerente. Eu disse a ela que o acordo não era aceitável. Finalmente, ela disse que um quarto estaria disponível em 20 minutos. Que experiência ridícula!

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

А прям понравилось. Неожиданно, но понравилось, были всего два дня, но не хотели уезжать потому что: 1. Принимали карты с российской union pay 2. Персонал очень дружелюбный и цены в отеле были такими же как и везде 3. Очень крутое море на не официальном пляже. Именно не на официальном, очень важно. Не там где длинный новый променад, хотя он тоже очень хорош 4. До всех достопримечательностей городка можно добраться за какие то минуты 5. Бассейн просто бомба и завтрак около него. Даже наш ребенок ”ничего не хочу” съела апельсин и арбуз. 6. И вообще, просто там классно и можно отдохнуть

Впервые остановились в Стамбуле в этом районе, Отель не большой, с очень красивым видом в зоне завтрака, первое что понравилось это ресепшн и встреча гостей, нам помогли отнести вещи в комнаты, из минусов номер был не семейный как заявлено, а две комнаты рядом. Но это не испортило наш отдых, в одной комнате был балкон с красивым видом на море, вторая была без балкона, но большая. Сам отель не новый, но порадовало чистое белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. Мягкие подушки по две основные и одна декоративная на каждого гостя, большие одеяла. В номере был и кондиционер, и батареи отопления. Интернет во всём отеле и около 5 каналов на русском языке. Завтрак шведский стол, мне всего хватило. Отличное место

Расположен рядом с Стамбулом, до Стамбула можно доехать на разных автобусах я пользовался 336 тыми(.,А и М) автобусами. Атель сам по себе хорош, но что бы убрались в номерах надо попрасить, на таблички никто внимание не обращает.

A minha primeira noite foi um desastre porque a energia do MEU quarto estava desligando e eles levaram Quase três a quatro horas para corrigir isso, porque não consegui dormir a noite inteira e OS MEUS planos de manhã também foram desperdiçados. Pedi Ao gerente do hotel, Sr. Arda, para me dar UMA noite extra, (não me deu), transfer ência do aeroporto Na minha data de check-out, (não me deu), renovação do quarto, (não me deu), e o Sr. Arda prometeu-nos um jantar de complimentação no restaurante no telhado, e isso foi incrível. O plano inicial era ficar três noites, MAS então a prorrogei por duas noites mais, por causa de um homem Sr. Karem Na recepção, o homem Mais bonito do hotel, Sr. Karem e Sr. Arda nos ajudaram e nos apoiaram EM todos OS aspectos. Desculpe dizer que todos OS outros membros do pessoal só tinham UMA resposta.Desculpe, não podemos ajudá-lo, não podemos ajudá-lo, vou certamente visitar novamente, obrigado por Sr. Arda e Sr. Karem ❤️ e finalmente por Sr. Servet que nos disse sobre o serviço de navegação livre prestado O hotel que nos leva a Taksim .
