"Keyla Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Although it's a newly opened hotel, every detail has been carefully thought out. The moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality of the hotel. Its location in Lara and the magnificent view it offers are additional advantages. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff's attentiveness and hospitality. We'd like to extend a big thank you to Mr. Hasan, the Service Manager, who assisted us with everything. I'd also like to specifically mention Mr. Yunus and Mr. Mehmet. Their attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and helpfulness were truly outstanding. They fulfilled almost all our requests with great care. The hotel's cuisine also definitely deserves praise. The food was both delicious and prepared with high-quality ingredients. On my next visit to Antalya, I will undoubtedly choose Keyla Hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Hotel agradável com funcionalidade limitada do meu ar condicionado. Funcionou por duas horas e depois desligou automaticamente. Disse à equipe que não havia cura. O ar condicionado não conseguiu baixar a temperatura do quarto para um nível confortável, mas estava quente lá fora (41 °C). Os elevadores quebraram várias vezes durante minha semana. Os elevadores não iam até o segundo andar Além desses problemas, a equipe do restaurante e do bar da piscina é ótima. A equipe da recepção tem uma abordagem meio ignorante/indiferente às reclamações. Foi meio que minha culpa que a temperatura não estava confortável no quarto por causa do tipo de quarto que eu tinha escolhido! O hotel é agradável, limpo e moderno. A piscina é ótima."

"Minha estadia no Aspen Hotel em Antalya foi uma mistura de charme histórico e conveniência. Situado num edifício antigo lindamente preservado, a localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor. A equipe foi extremamente prestativa, aumentando a experiência agradável. No entanto, notei que os banheiros poderiam ter algumas melhorias. No entanto, o fascínio geral desta jóia histórica e a sua localização central fazem dela uma escolha atraente para aqueles que procuram um gostinho da história de Antália."

"Hotel moderno e limpo, com uma enorme piscina exterior, piscina interior, sauna e banho turco, tudo incluído no preço. Optámos pelo regime tudo incluído, que oferecia pequeno-almoço das 7h às 10h e um pequeno-almoço tardio das 10h às 11h. O almoço era servido das 12h30 às 14h30, com uma grande variedade de opções, desde croissants, torradas e cereais, até todos os tipos de carne (presunto, frango, omelete), salsichas preparadas na hora e até o tradicional doce turco. O hotel tinha uma vasta seleção de pratos. O jantar contava com estações de cozinha com pratos diferentes todos os dias: frango assado, carne de cordeiro, estação de massas, espetos de frango, frango grelhado, almôndegas, batatas fritas, sopas (muitas opções) e uma variedade de sobremesas, como cheesecake, rocamboles, frutas (maçãs, bananas, laranjas) e mousses de chocolate. A ceia também incluía uma variedade de sopas com pães, panquecas e muito mais. Havia um menu dietético com saladas. Café e bolo também estão disponíveis das 15h às 16h na área do bar. O bar oferece bebidas gratuitas das 10h às 23h, com excelente serviço, incluindo coquetéis. No entanto, só servem meia caneca de cerveja, o que achei estranho. As bebidas servidas na mesa eram sempre repostas, não precisei esperar na fila do bar e os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, com uma ótima equipe. Os funcionários do restaurante traziam água à mesa. A recepção funciona 24 horas, com segurança nos portões. Apenas hóspedes do hotel têm acesso. O hotel oferece um spa no local, mas é muito caro; há muitas opções com melhor custo-benefício em outros lugares. Há uma loja no local. O ponto de táxi fica do lado de fora e custa £18 de táxi do aeroporto até o hotel e £12 de volta. Há muitos bares, restaurantes e centros comerciais na área, além de dentistas, caso esteja procurando emprego. Vistas encantadoras do mar e das montanhas."

"It was our first time going all inclusive in Antalya and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The facilities are quite nice and the staff were very helpful and polite. There were quite a lot of option for food and drinks. Although I wish they will put more option on english food as the english breakfast cost extra. You can drink as much as you want including cocktails ans beer. You can also book pool table to play for an hour for free. They also offer tour but more pricey than booking it outside. And the massage were pricer than outside. The wifi is quite good as well. The TV in the room is out of date and small. Would be good if its bigger and with netflix."

"Estou considerando o hotel como uma opção, se necessário, para passar a noite entre os voos ao voar do aeroporto de Antalya. O táxi do aeroporto custa US$ 20 por 20 minutos (você também pode pegar o ônibus 511, mas somente se tiver um mínimo de bagagem). Café da manhã das 8h00 às 10h00 continental modesto. O quarto tem roupa de cama limpa, sabonete, xampu, chinelos, uma pequena garrafa de água sem canais russos. No verão há uma piscina exterior e espreguiçadeiras ao redor."

"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."
