We had an unexpected emergency during our stay: our child was accidentally scalded by hot water in the restaurant. Manager KF reacted immediately and took incredible care of us. She calmly arranged a car to take us to the hospital, comforted our child throughout the whole process, and followed up closely to make sure we were okay. We were also touched by her thoughtful little gift for our child. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and heartfelt care.

The hotel is nice and located in a great spot, but the breakfast variety needs significant improvement. We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

O quarto é bastante novo. No momento do check-in, o quarto ainda não estava completo. Então a equipe o atualizou para uma sala maior. O que é considerado bom. Os funcionários resolveram bem o problema imediato. A localização é bastante boa. Fica perto do terminal e perto do mirante da praia secreta. Há comida à venda em frente ao hotel, a poucos passos de distância. O estacionamento é suficiente, existe uma piscina, existem outras funções, uma máquina de lavar roupa e uma tábua de engomar. Mesa de sinuca ou bebidas e serviço de vendas Bastante completo.

It was more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The walls and windows were so thin that you could hear the street noise from both sides all day long — the constant sound of motorbikes would drive you crazy, and sleeping without earplugs was impossible for me. There’s no elevator and no breakfast at all… but honestly, the noise is the worst part of this place. There’s a reason it’s cheap.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked well, and the balcony provided a great spot to unwind. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh throughout my stay. The pool area was one of the highlights. There are plenty of loungers, the water is clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to switch between the pool and the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was polite and willing to assist. Breakfast had a decent variety—nothing overly fancy, but enough options to start the day satisfied. Overall, Welcom World Beachfront Resort is a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay. It strikes a nice balance between comfort, value, and convenience. I’d happily return.

The location is great. It is situated in Central Pattaya on Second Road, within a 10-minute walk of Pattaya Beach and near major malls like Terminal 21 and Central Marina. The rooms is small but it’s okay for just 1 night trip and great value, there is limited car park and operated on a first-come, first-served basis. The staffs were nice and helpful.
