O lugar está localizado no meio do centro de pattaya.
O quarto é limpo e reservamos vista para o mar, mas conseguimos o quarto com vista para a cidade + vista para o mar ao lado. Não é a vista direta para o mar. O bar na cobertura é bom, mas a piscina é um pouco pequena. O café da manhã é incrível, você pode pedir pratos ilimitados e os acompanhamentos também são deliciosos.

Cozy, clean and quiet room, the sweet part is there is a wash machine in the room. And I have to highlight the staffs, they were so friendly, we had already check out and just sitting at lobby for our pick up car, the staff also gave us two cup of soda. Thank you guys!

Room is nice, very clean. Hotel staff (everyone) are politeness, friendliness, and professionalism. Very impressive since check-in until check-out (very quick) Rooftop bar is perfect, nice view, freshly drink, etc.

The Arbour Hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff were welcoming, with a delicious "Welcome drink upon arrival.
The room was just like the photos very clean, modern, functional and nice with city views of Pattaya. The bathroom was spacious and with a separate bath and shower. The housekeeping was excellent, paid extra pre-paid breakfast with a main set menu and food from the buffet. As the restaurant gets busy at breakfast a QR code is provided to pre-book a time for breakfast the next day.

Great hotel very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel management is terrible, rooms are unclean with bloodstains on the curtains. I mentioned it casually during check-out, and the receptionist asked intrusive questions. The location is average, requiring a 20-25 minute walk to the beach. Bar and breakfast services lack professionalism and struggle with English. New Year's Eve, we were asked to leave the bar early without clear signage. Breakfast variety is decent but the quality is poor. Overall, the hotel may disappoint if you have higher expectations.

早餐种类还可以但是东西都很难吃。
总而言之，如果你为了泳池，去吧，泳池的确很美。但如果你有更高的要求，这个酒店会让你失望。

1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty!
2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel
3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano.
4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this.
5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night!
6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.
