GGuest UserHi this is maria & talia, giving thanks to the crew working here from belton oct. 5 being lost when i arrived sending me to chancellor using their service van including my luggage. I appreciate that. And then we were greeted with welcome drinks at the lobby and fresh cold towels for refreshment.
When i went inside the room i didn't notice the message on our mirror, am glad they have this kind of training the detailed warmth welcome for their guest and all chancellor crews are working dilligently, rooms are well kept. Chancellor hotel is the latest hotel, my daughter enjoyed the kiddie play area and they have a gym for your happy hormones boost:) they have sundeck and restaurant at the ground floor. I always bought their mushroom soup, quite healthy and big serving. Home made desserts are up for grab til 10pm❤️ thanks for this experience, they gave me the beach view balcony too. Spacious veranda you can see empty lot and nature and their main road goin to entrance lobby.

UUsuário convidadoThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

LLeif ReyThe room was very spacious and clean when we first arrived. The airconditioning was functioning well so having a cold room was no problem. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few options for breakfast but what they lack in choices they have made up for it for the quality of the food they served. We were even able to request for an extension to stay in the room while we wait for our airport transfer. The location is also very nice as everything was just within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again should I come back to Boracay.

UUsuário convidadoVery good hotel between station 1 and station 2. Close enough to bars and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful at night. Great sun loungers on the beach, very nice pool. Breakfast was good.
The staff and service was very good, everyone was helpful and polite. Rooms are a good size and clean.
we book luckytito diving ,You can train in the pool and then go diving. The experience is great.
Definitely will book again

KKhan064I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying hotel experience on my recent trip. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's very tourist-friendly, making getting around a breeze.
The moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed. It was spacious and bright, with a minimalist and clean design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to fall asleep quickly and enjoy excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, well-stocked toiletries, and a consistent hot water supply – the attention to detail was spot on. The room had abundant natural light, a great view, and was overall clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made for a very reassuring stay.
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions I had, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, suitable for both relaxation and work.
It offers incredible value for money. The facilities, service, and location are all impeccable and well worth the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. It's a trustworthy and comfortable hotel!

CChelley BAdoramos nossa estadia no Pinnacle Boracay! Os funcionários foram muito acolhedores e gentis, especialmente com meu filho — fizeram com que ele se sentisse especial durante nossa estadia. O hotel tem um caminho próprio que leva diretamente à linda praia da Estação 1, o que tornou tudo muito conveniente. O quarto era limpo e aconchegante, e o ambiente ao redor da piscina e do lobby era relaxante. É um ótimo lugar para famílias que desejam conforto e fácil acesso à praia. Definitivamente recomendo este lugar! 🌴

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk even allow us to early check in even our time to check in is 2 pm we checked in at 12pm🌊. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. We also loved the bar—perfect for watching the sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Worth every penny!”
