"The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture.
The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities.
For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options.
Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya"

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion.
The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out.
As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious.
The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

WWahida ZainuddinStaying 3 days 2 nights, last minute booking and requested a room on the top floor but unfortunately there were no rooms available that time. Stay in block C with hill view and new cable car. Can see a little bit of the Skyworld ice age game. Fortunate to picture a clear view on daytime and night.
Satisfied because the cooking equipment and washing machine work well especially the dryer. There will be more famous f&b shops will be opened soon.
Although there is only 1 access key and parking isn't free, I am still satisfied with the facilities available especially the outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool, hidden garden, hammock, stargazing, wall climbing, trampoline all free.
Other extra activities such as bowling, darts & pool, golf simulator and karaoke are also available and the fee is also affordable. Comfortable for families to have fun in privacy. More interestingly, the staff are also very quick to act when receiving complaints.
To go up to Skyworld, you can also go through the skybridge and walk 20-30 minutes. If you are lucky, you can use the buggy provided. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available at the customer service counter on level G.
Highly recommended for large families. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and definitely will come back again.

MMs.cccWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a spacious lawn where children can run and play freely, which we really appreciated.
What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful effort from the staff. They organized fun activities and games for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. It truly made the check-in and overall experience enjoyable and memorable for our family.
We sincerely hope the hotel continues to arrange such engaging programs for children in the future. It would be great to see more hotels like this in Kuala Lumpur, offering family-friendly staycation options.
Overall, a fantastic experience — we will definitely be back!

LLV20The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. They have heated pool too but if you ask me will i come again? the answer is probably No. Its not cold, not foggy.The hotel is located below gohtong jaya.
Reason: Parking is limited, to access the pool is like a maze, i was from wing D and going to the pool is so complicated. Small swimming pool and mostly pack. Breakfast was average, the dont have the special teh tarik that i usually get in other swiss garden hotel..The egg station has long queue.
What made me unhappy the most is they only provide one shower gel and when i called in to request for another, they did not bring it at all. Disappointed..

UUsuário convidadoWe recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony.
However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system.
Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

SSyikin AhmadLocation is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5.
Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive.
Parking is allocated for 1 car.
The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop.
Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater.
Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

The shuttle from hotel to first world is Rm 8 per person per way. Only 13 seats inside the van.
Try check grab fares for few times maybe 5 ~10 minutes interval, the fare could be huge different ( may as low as rm5 per car , or as high as rm25 per car during my stay - saturday around 6pm )

No disposable slippers and carpet to use in the whole premise due to very cold wheather. No spoon and fork provided for eating. Not enough rubbish plastic bag for 2 days staycation.
