"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

"The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya"

"Fast process for check in.. Clean rooms. Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted. Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site. Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it. Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside. As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing! Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good. The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on. Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall. Conclusion: Will not repeat."

"The apartment was very clean and well managed by the operator. Apartment is still new and spacious. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only issue that we faced was the jacuzzi at the balcony. My child was waiting to enjoy it but it wasn't working. It can't heat the water, thus the water was too cold for my child. Operator was very responsive, brought the technician to try to fix but unfortunately, it can't be fixed. One more thing to note is that it took us about 20min, slight uphill walk to reach Sky Avenue. Overall its a nice stay, operator was very responsive."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。 服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。 衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。 設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。 餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。"

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a spacious lawn where children can run and play freely, which we really appreciated. What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful effort from the staff. They organized fun activities and games for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. It truly made the check-in and overall experience enjoyable and memorable for our family. We sincerely hope the hotel continues to arrange such engaging programs for children in the future. It would be great to see more hotels like this in Kuala Lumpur, offering family-friendly staycation options. Overall, a fantastic experience — we will definitely be back!

- The hotel smells really nice. - The staff are excellent 👍🏻 - Free parking (just need to register your license plate number). - Room is suitable for a small family (2 adults, 1 child). - There's a hot shower. - Lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap are provided. - There's a hairdryer, hangers, a mini-fridge, a safe for valuables, and an iron + ironing board. - Room service is very good. Downsides: - The hotel area is a bit tucked away, and there's construction going on around it. - The Wi-Fi is intermittent. - The TV is the same. Probably because it's connected to the Wi-Fi. However, since we went to Genting to play indoors, it was fine. We didn't really watch much TV. Overall, 8/10 ✅

The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. They have heated pool too but if you ask me will i come again? the answer is probably No. Its not cold, not foggy.The hotel is located below gohtong jaya. Reason: Parking is limited, to access the pool is like a maze, i was from wing D and going to the pool is so complicated. Small swimming pool and mostly pack. Breakfast was average, the dont have the special teh tarik that i usually get in other swiss garden hotel..The egg station has long queue. What made me unhappy the most is they only provide one shower gel and when i called in to request for another, they did not bring it at all. Disappointed..

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5. Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. Parking is allocated for 1 car. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop. Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

Good experience, room is big and clean. There is also a paid shuttle service to First World, which makes us convenient. Hotel stuff (the young man) is great and very helpful. However the other stuff (the young girl) is a bit hard to communicate, but can see she is trying her best to help. There is also a gym room there.

The bed were comfy. Room was clean. Somehow, the Internet connection was weak inside the room. Connection was good at lobby and breakfast area. The shuttle from hotel to first world is Rm 8 per person per way. Only 13 seats inside the van. Try check grab fares for few times maybe 5 ~10 minutes interval, the fare could be huge different ( may as low as rm5 per car , or as high as rm25 per car during my stay - saturday around 6pm )

Was a quick unplanned getaway that's why i dont bother to complain. Was really packed due to concert event. Check in was fairly easy albeit the quite pricy deposit. Biggest letdown was the lifts that caters to all 38 floors that will make you wait for a miserable time especially when all visitor check in at the same time. The apartment was spacious but there was a sewage smell and the bathroom was literally wet from ceiling leak. Again didn't bother to complaint as it was a quick stay and would be a nightmare if i stayed longer.

The hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲
