I had a wonderful experience at Brooklyn Blues Hotel. First of all, I want to highlight the staff working in the lobby and café. A large part of my positive experience was thanks to their kindness and hospitality. They were always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything I needed. They also genuinely enjoyed chatting with guests, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. A big round of applause to the entire team! My room was also in excellent condition. Since I was traveling alone, the room size was perfect for me. However, I can imagine it feeling a bit small for two people, especially if you are traveling with large suitcases. That said, the room had everything I needed, including a TV, refrigerator, slippers, bathrobe, complimentary water, air conditioning, and more. In the morning, guests can choose one of three complimentary breakfast options at the café: a bagel, a ciabatta sandwich, or a muffin. Drinks are not included and need to be purchased separately, but the prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes. The location was also very convenient. The hotel is close to Subway Line 1, making it easy to connect to other parts of the city, and there is also a bus stop nearby. In addition, there are several convenience stores within walking distance, which was extremely handy during my stay. There is also a laundromat just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Another great advantage is that Gwangjang Market is less than a 10-minute walk away. I would particularly recommend this hotel if you plan to spend most of your time in areas such as Jongno, Myeongdong, or Dongdaemun, as it is conveniently located for those neighborhoods. If you expect to spend a lot of time in Seongsu, Yeouido, or Gangnam, you may want to consider another location unless you don't mind slightly longer travel times. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Brooklyn Blues Hotel to anyone visiting Seoul!

Este lugar não é muito conveniente. É bem difícil de encontrar. O Uber te leva para lugares diferentes, então você tem que se virar para descobrir onde fica o endereço exato. Eu me confundia com a linha de metrô em que deveria descer, e a saída era muito confusa. Não recomendo para quem não se dá bem com mapas. No entanto, o quarto é muito confortável. Mesmo sendo pequeno, dá para abrir duas malas grandes. Depois de abrir as malas, fica bem difícil se movimentar. No geral, a experiência foi razoável. Mas acho que não me hospedaria aqui novamente.

Este é o meu lugar favorito. Me deram um quarto com uma vista incrível, exatamente como eu queria. Outro ponto positivo é que limpam o quarto todos os dias. Tem um terraço com uma vista maravilhosa. Os funcionários da recepção estão sempre dispostos a ajudar, mesmo que você não fale coreano. Muito obrigada por ótimas férias!

The receptionist was really nice and spoke perfect English. You can store your luggage at reception if you arrive before 3pm. The building shares the same lift with a clinic on the 2nd floor . There were three of us, but we were upgraded to a four-person flat. The flat was very clean. I liked that it had two big TVs and a large mirror. However, the railings are too wide, so I would not recommend bringing kids here because there is a risk of falling. Overall, we had a really nice stay.

O hotel tinha uma localização estratégica, a poucos minutos a pé da estação de trem, com muitas opções de restaurantes e entretenimento nas proximidades. A loja de conveniência GS25 ficava bem perto. Pacotes de xampu, condicionador, sabonete facial, sabonetes em barra e loção eram fornecidos diariamente, e a lavanderia era muito conveniente, próxima à recepção, com bons preços. O design do quarto é um pouco antigo, e a geladeira tinha pouco espaço, suficiente apenas para 2 ou 3 latas de refrigerante, já que a maior parte do espaço é ocupada pelas aletas de resfriamento. O quarto familiar era pequeno, com pouco espaço para bagagem, mas estava limpo. O banheiro era espaçoso, quase do mesmo tamanho do quarto. Adorei a banheira. A maioria dos motoristas do Uber para no cruzamento em vez da entrada do hotel, mesmo que o hotel seja selecionado como ponto de partida, então fique atento.

Noticed that all the room designs are different and I think I’ve got one of the smaller rooms with no bathtub. We had 2 large luggage and 2 hand carries, with thick winter jackets sweaters etc, the room felt cramp, especially after doing several shopping trips. There was barely any room left for us to walk around. We had to move the coffee table to make space. Hated the carpet on coffee table side. You can tell that it was not vacuumed properly. Also didn’t like the slippers they provided, it’s the rubber type slippers, not the one-time disposal slippers and just felt unhygienic so we didn’t use it. There’s heater for the flooring but the heat wasn’t distributed evenly and we didn’t know how to adjust the temperature. Without slippers on, some parts of the floor felt like you’re walking on fire. There’s aircond in the room but the temperature just didn’t feel right especially during the winter. It’s either too cold or too hot. The window beside the bed was abit malfunctioned, so if you were open it, it will open all the way - which is too cold during the winter. So most nights we end up sweating during our sleep. We requested a full change of the comforter on the second day due to stains. However, we are not certain whether the comforter itself was replaced or if only the bedding was changed - didn’t bother checking for the stains. Toilets were cleaned properly so that’s appreciated. Location was fantastic. 5 mins away from the subway exit 9. Fell sick on one of the days and the pharmacy is just down the streets.

No início, pensei que seria difícil andar com minha bagagem de mão, pois peguei uma passagem subterrânea da estação de Seul até o hotel, mas depois descobri que havia uma ponte para pedestres instalada. A partir de então, pude usar a passarela para me locomover de maneira conveniente e confortável. Como voltei de manhã cedo, foi conveniente pegar a ferrovia do aeroporto e gostaria de usá-la novamente quando for para a Coreia.

Um amigo me recomendou este hotel. Ele fica perto da estação e há muitos restaurantes nos arredores, então eu o recomendo para pessoas que gostam de sair e passear até tarde da noite. O hotel também vende bebidas, cerveja e macarrão instantâneo, então é ótimo poder comprá-los no saguão e comê-los no quarto. Há funcionários de plantão no saguão, então você não precisa se preocupar se algo acontecer. Eu uso bastante o WowPass, então achei que o fato de haver uma máquina do WowPass instalada no hotel foi um dos pontos positivos.

Nancy é a salvação do atendimento ao cliente neste estabelecimento, se não fosse por ela, minha avaliação teria algumas garras mordazes. A localização é ótima se você quiser estar no meio da agitação de Myeondong. O hotel fica na porta da saída 5 da estação. Siga as placas para entrar perto da entrada de câmbio ao longo da estrada de tráfego e suba até o 17º andar no elevador de serviço, um pequeno labirinto, mas se você tiver meio cérebro, você vai descobrir. Se você estiver no quarto 1314, 1414 ou arredores e TV com wi-fi for importante para você, verifique isso quando chegar pela primeira vez e peça uma troca de quarto se este for um ponto ***** de wi-fi. Evite aborrecimentos das 21h às 23h com o gerente rude tentando consertar a TV quando tudo o que você quer fazer é relaxar e dormir. Graças a Deus por Nancy, que tinha uma linha direta com o ”bom” gerente que viu o bom senso e trocou meu quarto depois de duas noites no mesmo carrossel. Ganhei um upgrade, e foi por isso que o ”mau” gerente não ficou feliz. A limpeza não foi ótima, marca de café nas prateleiras, pasta de dente na pia do banheiro e um cabelo rebelde aleatório, mas cabelos soltos parecem ser a norma nos estabelecimentos em que fiquei. Fora isso, o lugar estava limpo. Um pouco desatualizado com decoração, mas localização, localização, localização. Reservei com antecedência, eu não reservei e paguei muito caro, mas isso se deve à minha própria preguiça/ocupação.

Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well. Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers. Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush. Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay. The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip. Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more. Anyway thank you!
