We stayed for two nights at this hotel in northern Okinawa, near the Churaumi Aquarium. Even though it's far from the city and there's no shopping mall, it was a really pleasant vacation. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the aquarium, so you can sleep in and head over there. There's also a Lawson convenience store nearby for any essentials. Just cross the road from the hotel and you're on a beautiful beach with fine white sand, perfect for kids. The rooms are very spacious, offering plenty of room to move around, and they face the ocean, so you can watch the sunset. The hotel has a public bath. When we booked, the two rooms had different prices. One included two bath tickets, while the other required a purchase of 1700 JPY per person. Luckily, we had two 1000 JPY vouchers to offset the cost. The mini-bar in the room is free, with two cans of beer and two cans of fruit wine soda. Each person can also get a free beer or tea at the lobby every day, so you can fully enjoy Okinawan beer. The breakfast at the restaurant is also quite good, with plenty of Okinawan specialties. My only regret is the hotel restaurant's capacity. When we checked in around 3 PM, we tried to book dinner for that evening, but all three hotel restaurants were already full. The earliest availability was after 8 PM, and they couldn't reach Chinese mobile numbers, so we had to wait for a message in our room. If we hadn't found another restaurant outside the hotel that could seat us, my child would have been hungry for several hours. Being in a hotel already far from the city, I felt quite helpless at that moment.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

Excelente serviço, embora nem todos os funcionários sejam bons em inglês, eles farão o possível para ajudar. A localização não é conveniente para quem não dirige, não há restaurantes e lojas de conveniência nas proximidades. Você tem que pegar um táxi para a área da praia da lua para comprar alguns alimentos e mantimentos, a menos que tenha ficado no hotel o dia todo. Há poeira na esquina da sala e ninguém limpou a esquina durante minha visita de 3 dias. Mas no geral o quarto é limpo e arrumado.

酒店位於古宇利島，景色望著古宇利橋，十分好。 房間很大，煮食器皿齊全，合多人同住。 清潔時間很亂不按時間表，而且酒店人員也沒有事先通知就進房清潔，有點不滿。 由於本人已於出發前透過Trip.com通知酒店會很晚才到達，但是到達後才發現前枱已經關門，而且事前Trip.com或酒店也沒有任何通知取鎖匙安排，令本人一行人十分慌張。幸好找到Trip.com的客服，才能找到密碼，也謝謝當天幫忙處理的客服及補償。

O hotel está localizado em Sun Pier Beach, ao lado do Sun Bay Sheraton. É um hotel resort tradicional japonês. A Rota 120 e a estação rodoviária do aeroporto ficam a 5 minutos do hotel. O buffet de café da manhã é muito luxuoso e os preços em vários restaurantes para jantar não são caros, sendo o preço básico por pessoa em torno de 5.000 ienes. Embora as instalações sejam um pouco antigas, elas são muito econômicas. A sala tem quase 40 metros quadrados e tem um balcão com vista para o mar. Há muito poucas pessoas na praia pública.Recebi um monte de cupons e cupons quando cheguei. A equipe de serviço é calorosa e educada, e há uma música tradicional de Okinawa e uma apresentação de dança à noite. Ficarei aqui novamente se tiver oportunidade.

Fica perto do Cabo Maeda, por isso parece ser popular entre os mergulhadores. Você pode ir à praia diretamente do hotel. É uma praia pequena, mas parece reservada. O prédio é antigo, mas estava limpo e silencioso. O café da manhã também estava delicioso. Eu sempre me hospedei em hotéis grandes, então achei o ambiente pequeno e aconchegante do Best Western Onnason Hotel muito agradável.

Um resort lindo. Serviço excelente, quartos espaçosos! Uma pena que não consegui enviar o vídeo. Há um lounge gratuito para hóspedes do 5º ao 8º andar no check-in, oferecendo chope, café em cápsulas e sobremesas. A praia é ampla e linda, com uma pista de obstáculos por 4.000 ienes por pessoa e muitas outras atividades aquáticas. Lamento ter ficado apenas uma noite. O café da manhã também foi excelente.

Trouxemos nosso filho de mais de 3 anos para uma estadia de 2 noites durante a semana dourada (maio de 2024) e optamos por um buffet de jantar na primeira noite. Foram 2.200 ienes por adulto e foco para meu filho. A propagação foi limitada, mas valeu todo o seu centavo, pois a carne era tão macia e suculenta, então eu me deliciei com ela. Todos os outros pratos também eram muito bons. A praia privada era conveniente e a água era tão clara que parecia água mineral. Havia um voucher de desconto de 50% que você pode obter na recepção do hotel para o passeio de banana boat na praia particular e nosso menino gostou desse e de outro passeio. O jovem instrutor que nos puxou de jet ski para nossos passeios aquáticos foi amigável e foi a uma boa velocidade para nosso filho de 3 anos que estava fazendo as atividades aquáticas pela primeira vez sem que precisássemos dizer a ele para fazê-lo. Ele até foi aos recifes de coral e pegou uma estrela do mar e um pepino do mar para mostrar ao nosso menino antes de devolvê-lo ao mar. As atividades aquáticas eram acessíveis com desconto, preço semelhante aos resorts da Msia / Tailândia / Indonésia em que estive. Fiquei apreensivo ao reservar este resort depois de ler os comentários sobre o estado do hotel mostrando sinais de envelhecimento. No entanto, o local estava bem conservado. Havia um cheiro desagradável quando abri a porta do nosso quarto, mas na verdade era apenas o tatame que precisava de um pouco de ventilação. Depois de abrir as janelas para deixar entrar a brisa natural, tudo ficou bem. A limpeza do banheiro também era boa; só preciso descobrir o controle de temperatura do chuveiro. O onsen no local era limpo e facilmente acessível no porão, e nos custaria pelo menos 1.200 ienes para uma visita a um local público em Naha. Recomendo totalmente este resort para um passeio familiar com crianças pequenas. Entendo que eles têm quartos de acesso sem barreiras no primeiro andar do resort, então também havia algumas famílias com idosos.

It’s as advertised - little white cabins (around 8 of them) with its own parking space that should cater up to 2-3 cars that are not too far off from the main road but you won’t be disturbed by the driving noise or neighbours. The reception is also in a cabin that’s to your right when driving into the accommodation site. Our booking was payment on site (not prepaid) but the WiFi was down during check-in so had to pay cash - just take note if your booking is the same as ours. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly as there are steps leading to the door of your cabin. Cleanliness definitely can be improved but it’s bearable for 1 night stay. The amenities are not bad, comes with washing machine with detergent though no dryer. The kettle/boiler of our cabin was not in good condition as we bought water from the nearby Lawson. There’s 2 single beds & a sofa bed expandable to a queen size bed, so can fit 4 adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfortable as the centre has sunken quite a bit. There’s a frosted window in the shower that’s without curtain so showering is a bit weird, constantly aware of anyone is looking in.. Lawson is very close by, walkable but if you have your own car, just save the hassle & drive down. Not many restaurants or supermarkets around the area, so you’ll have to drive to get around. Overall, decent stay for 1 night at very reasonable price but cleanliness is something I hope they can improve greatly on.
