Excellent Service. Very friendly and welcoming. The view from the room is unbelievable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at PGM! The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and always eager to help. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a massive selection, every single dish was beautifully prepared, high quality, and absolutely yummy. The entire environment is so relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. We also loved both the indoor and outdoor pools—they are clean, modern, very comfortable, and paired with excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

An excellent hotel! It's very new with great decor, clean, comfortable, and spacious. It even comes with a large fridge, induction cooker, range hood, and a full set of kitchenware, tableware, and cutlery. Breakfast and dinner are included; while the selection isn't huge, what's offered is high quality. The pool is also beautiful and atmospheric, and you can even enjoy a hot spring. I really regret only staying one night – it was a much better experience than the Monterey. The only thing missing was a beachfront location. However, the front desk service was quite poor; they were unfriendly, a bit stiff, and cold. We arrived around 1:00-2:00 PM, but they insisted we couldn't check in until 3:00 PM. Despite that, I still highly recommend it!

Hoshino Resorts é realmente muito bom. Os quartos deste hotel são os maiores dos hotéis japoneses em que já fiquei. Há corredores e quartos, utensílios de cozinha e máquinas de lavar, e um terraço. Infelizmente, é tarde demais para voltar todos os dias , caso contrário eu poderia tentar fazer carne wagyu. Há também uma piscina, mas está fechada no inverno. A localização é muito perto de Manzamo. Há uma parada de ônibus em frente ao hotel, mas a localização é um pouco remota. Ainda é recomendado dirigir, pois há estacionamento gratuito disponível. 2 pontos que acho que podem ser melhorados, 1) A sala de fumantes fica ao lado do elevador, então há sempre cheiro de fumaça ao esperar o elevador 2) A água quente não está quente o suficiente

A vista para o mar do quarto era deslumbrante, e eu definitivamente me hospedaria aqui novamente na próxima vez que visitar Okinawa. Embora o preço seja um pouco mais alto, vale muito a pena. É perfeito para casais, famílias e grupos de amigos. Recomendo muito ficar aqui por duas noites consecutivas; da próxima vez, com certeza ficarei neste hotel por pelo menos dois dias. A única ressalva é se abastecer de bebidas e comida antes de retornar ao hotel, pois a loja de conveniência mais próxima fica a 15 minutos de carro.

最高でした！ 部屋は広くてとても綺麗でした。 ドラム式洗濯乾燥機がついているので、翌朝までに完璧に乾かすことができたのもよかったです。 2人で泊まるには広すぎるぐらいでした笑 予備の寝具もあったので5-6人のグループでとまるのも楽しそうです。（隣は民家なので、外で騒ぐと迷惑になってしまいますが、、、） 当日は近所のしゃぶしゃぶ屋さんに歩いて行きましたが、夜は付近に飲食店が少なそうな雰囲気でしたので、食材を持ち込んでキッチンで調理しても良さそうです。（食器や調理器具は一通りありました） 夜は周りに電灯がないので星がよく見えて綺麗でした。 少し駐車場への入り口がわかりづらい（すごく狭い道に入っていく）のと、日中は電動スクーターの観光客の方が多くて車を回しづらかったので、あらかじめマップでよく確認してからいけばよかったなと思いました。 あとは、虫やヤモリはめちゃくちゃいるので、あまり得意でない方はお気をつけください🐝

Fica perto do Cabo Maeda, por isso parece ser popular entre os mergulhadores. Você pode ir à praia diretamente do hotel. É uma praia pequena, mas parece reservada. O prédio é antigo, mas estava limpo e silencioso. O café da manhã também estava delicioso. Eu sempre me hospedei em hotéis grandes, então achei o ambiente pequeno e aconchegante do Best Western Onnason Hotel muito agradável.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is good and the soundproofing is decent. However, the room was damp and had a strong musty smell, which could be uncomfortable for people with allergies. Although the issue with the incorrect password was resolved relatively quickly, it seems that more than one guest has encountered this problem. I hope they can address and improve this.

firstly, the route to the hotel and the parking was challenging, the view was excellent tho. secondly, there was a problem that while I was inside the room, my partner accidentally entered a wrong password outside, the high-pitched alarm lasted for 5 minutes, i couldn't even open the door from the inside... and the alarm was ON AGAIN for another 5 minutes when I tried to open the door from the inside after the alarm settled...
