"The hotel is conveniently located 2km from the service center. The environment is great, and the service is very thoughtful. They have hot springs and a sauna, and you get free access to the hot springs with your stay. My kids had a blast! After hiking Huatai Mountain, my legs were pretty much dead, so a hot spring soak was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also good. I've already recommended it to my friends."

"This was my first time visiting Jiuhua Mountain, and Dongya Hotel's location is super convenient, right within the scenic area. The staff were all very attentive, and they even offered a welcome gift. In the afternoon, I had some free time to go to the scripture copying room for some peaceful meditation. Highly recommended!"

"The receptionist was incredibly friendly. I hadn't noticed and forgot to book a room with breakfast included, but since I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, I signed up for a membership, and they gave me and my friend two complimentary breakfasts. The room was exceptionally clean; I hadn't mentioned it before leaving, but the cleaning lady promptly cleaned it. It's a very new hotel, and the square room layout made it very comfortable. Many hotels only provide two bottles of water, but they stocked the mini-fridge in the room with plenty of extra bottles – a really nice touch! 👍 Cleanliness: Excellent, very clean, and very new. Environment: The air is very fresh, and all the rooms are arranged in a square. Environment: There's a central corridor on the first floor with plenty of benches, and the landscaping and horticulture are beautifully done. There are many restaurants nearby. Turn left after going downstairs, and there's a restaurant called ”Chef's Downhill” – it's amazing! I ate there for almost a week last year, and this time I stayed two nights and ate three meals – so delicious! 😋"

The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent blackout facilities, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality with a stable hot water supply. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious, catering to different tastes. The hotel environment was tranquil and pleasant, surrounded by greenery, making for a delightful after-dinner stroll. The service team responded promptly, quickly resolving any needs, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Excellent value for money, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingyang, and I highly recommend it!"

"This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance. For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel."

"The B&B is very cozy and feels like home. The facilities are quite complete and clean. The owner is very friendly and the service is very good. I like the environment of his home the most. The Hui-style architecture and pastoral style. You can see the statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in the yard. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended."

"This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel. The front desk check-in process was very efficient, and the staff proactively offered excellent suggestions for local attractions and transportation, which was incredibly helpful for planning my outings. Much appreciated! I do have one small suggestion: It would be great if the room's entrance door could be adjusted. It tends to make quite a bit of noise when opened or closed, which can be disruptive and affect one's rest."

"This hotel is located stone throw from both the bus terminals, so location 5 stars. Amenities - rooms, restaurant, foot massage center(cannot locate) and Chinese chess rooms. Not sure, how this hotel is awarded 5 stars? Rooms setup - guess it is time to renovate. Heard the renovation project is approved! Cheers! Services - rooms for improvement! As I had a early flight to catch at 9.50am and the earliest bus from the mountain to the tourist center was 6.30am (again different front desk staffs told me different timings) so I tried to request for a paid car service to send me down. They said the hotel doesn't provide such service, asked me to reach out in the streets to see if the resturants or shop owners can provide such services! 1st time encounter in a 5 stars hotel, really a good learning for me in 2024:)"

"The hotel environment is exceptionally good. The rooms are clean and tidy, with warm color schemes that look very comfortable. You can even see the scenery of Mount Jiuhua from the hotel! The owner and staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service, explaining the best routes for a pilgrimage to Mount Jiuhua to every guest. The hotel's breakfast is also quite delicious, with a good variety of food."

"First, let's talk about the hotel itself. It's located in a separate area, so it's very quiet. It's a newer version of the Hanting brand, and the facilities are new and sufficient. From the moment you enter the lobby, you get a spacious, warm, and comfortable feeling. The staff are very welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful, and there's a free shuttle bus to the visitor center. I especially want to commend Ms. Xiang, who was on duty at the front desk today. Her service was incredibly warm, proactive, and sincere. When I was getting coffee in the morning, she proactively offered to help without charging me. When I was checking out, she helped me call to arrange the shuttle bus and even chased after me to bring me a bottle of warm water. Of course, other staff members I encountered also deserve praise. These details reveal the culture and atmosphere of a hotel, and also demonstrate the professionalism of a service industry worker. In short, highly recommended! Thumbs up! 👍"
