"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest."

"the most amazing stay with an amazing view. Hotel lobby and room are insanely gorgeous. Butler sevice was really good. 小刘 met us at the west gate of the attraction and carried our duffle bags all the way to the hotel. Its very conveniently located closer to the top of the mountain and next to the main road so you don’t have to climb up any small alleys to get here. Amenities were amazing too - Dyson hairdryer, le labo shower amenities. Free mini bar drinks. They even give you a special Miao medicated foot bath and hot milk as bed time amenities."

"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"The view from this Guesthouse was fantastic, the stairs to get to the Guesthouse a little difficult. If you are elderly or not fit maybe consider staying somewhere lower. In saying that the host was very helpful and carrying our bags up for us and he was very friendly and accommodating.  The town itself has become quite commercialised but it is still beautiful to see the architecture and go for a hike into the rice terraces. "

"I had an excellent stay at Shanfeng Study Homestay! The hotel is beautiful, in the style of a boutique hotel, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good (chinese breakfast only) and the staff was very kind. I would go back again!"

"The overall stay is full. You can feel the meticulous service from the door, the front desk patiently answers questions, and the demand response is also very timely. The room is spacious, the lighting and ventilation are very good, and the hygiene is very good. Toiletries are of online quality and the central air-conditioning temperature is suitable. The surrounding facilities are perfect, and eating and shopping are very convenient. Whether it is a trip or a business trip, this is a very good choice, and it has been recommended to friends."

"Xijiang is undergoing major construction phase. Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room."

"決定過年來貴州旅遊，早早的定了民宿，價格很實惠，貴州行所有住宿都很滿意。這家民宿位置特別好，景區觀景台往下走二三十個台階就到。房屋旁邊還有個旅拍的拍照點，第二天早上不用起太早，那裡也沒人，我們過去拍了半天照。快走的時候才發現客棧自己就有個觀景台，景色很好。住的房間乾淨衞生，推開窗就是風景。老闆熱情好客，幫忙拎行李，拿橘子給孩子吃，還介紹路線。晚上拍照回來比較晚，給老闆打電話多要一個枕頭，老闆剛睡着被吵醒了，也沒有不耐煩。都説千江苗户商業化重，但是晚上逛逛，早晨起早趁着人少逛逛，再穿身苗服拍拍照還是挺不錯的。下圖是晚上和早上從客棧往外看到的景色。"
