"Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The hotel has some cats around, some naturally comes in and out of the room, so it's better not having high expectations regarding cleanliness. The location is perfect: fantastic view, remote enough for not hearing the nightlife of the center but close enough to the main street. Just a short walk, only downside is that it's all stairs so ask the hotel staff to take your luggage up/down, they will help you."

"Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice). The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance). Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili."

"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

The service from the owner was meticulous and heartwarming; they even prepared an exquisite afternoon tea for us, which was perfectly sweet and delightful. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived and departed, a staff member proactively helped us with transfers and luggage, always diligent and reliable. Our entire stay was pleasant and comfortable, with every aspect being flawless. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, offering excellent value for money. I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family, and I'll choose to stay here again next time!"
