"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"Met by 小杰 at the East gate ticketing hall. He escorted me to the hotel carrying my luggage. Along the way, he gave an overall first hand information on the Miao village. Upon arrival , a hot drink was offered as it was very cold outside. 小兴briefed me on the places of interest, activities of the village and how to move around with the help of the shuttle bus. All the 小哥哥,小姐姐 are super nice, well versed at their works besides delivering their jobs professionally. The selling point of this hotel is the location; just a bit below the viewing platform, the view is superb. You don't need to rub shoulders with other tourists but you have the view to yourself. Thanks to 小杰, 小兴, 小丽 and another 小哥(whom I don't know his name) for their 5-star service rendered to me during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit the Miao village."

"The hotel is close to the West Gate of the scenic area, and the free shuttle service plus parking made things really hassle-free. The entire smart home system was brand new and clean. Opening the window, you could enjoy the mountain mists, and the air was great. A very pleasant stay overall."

"Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. "I booked this hotel as I had read good reviews. Indeed this B&B is impressive. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. There is even a bathtub next to the window with a view. You will need to contact the hotel owner prior to arrival at the village so that a porter will meet you at No. 6 风雨桥, which is located about 100 meters where the shuttle bus drop you at the entrance to the village. You will not be able to find your way to the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is rather hidden away. The two young chaps who picked us were extremely polite, cheerful and eager to serve. They carried our luggages where we walked to reach the station of a golf cart type of vehicle. You board the vehicle and alight at the first stop up the mountain (see picture 6). The simple breakfast fare of home-cooked noodle soup with minced pork, hard boiled egg, sweet corn and sweet potato was delicious. The soup base looked bland but it was very tasty. The location of this B&B is superb as you can walk down the slope to reach the village center in 10 minutes. Tip: we took the golf cart vehicle and travelled uphill and alighted at the end (Pastoral Sightseeing area) where there is roundabout for the vehicle to loop back to the terminal. It is recommended to alight here where you will see beautiful vast green pastures and lotus flowers were in bloom. You can then wait for the sightseeing bus (your entrance ticket would cover four sightseeing bus trips) at the opposite platform and it will bring you to the top viewing platform to see the whole village lighted up in the evening. To return to the hotel, you then take the sightseing bus back to the Pastoral Sightseeing area. From here you wait for the golf cart vehicle to transfer you back to the hotel. How I wish someone had posted these information on this Trip.com review platform as it was a bit confusing on how to take the different vehicles in the mountain. Lastly, thank you to the owner of this B&B for making our trip a memorable one."

"The overall stay exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the location – incredibly close to the West Gate, saving me the fatigue of climbing hills. The rooms were clean and new, offering a high level of comfort. The butler service was meticulous and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The terrace was the biggest surprise, offering panoramic views of the entire Miao village. By day, you can see the misty mountains, and by night, you can admire the lights of countless homes. Rooms with similar views are significantly cheaper, offering stunning mountain views at an affordable price. Whether for relaxation, relaxation, or taking photos, this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed staying here in Xijiang!"

"We chose this hotel instead inside the miao village because accessibility ( guess its suited for the elders or tour groups) because we dont have to walk-up steps with the other hotels inside the village but I heard reviews the staff of the other hotels inside village will come pick you up and help you with luggage, anyway the impression of the hotel is very big, as with the rooms, Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, Water is quite strong in shower, Breakfast area is very big, the food is so so, due lots of dishes not hot enough, its cold may be the warmers the lids not closed, Overall its pleasant stay."

Então o Pessoal do hotel VAI ajudar a transportar bagagens para a SUA sala, MAS quando verificar a data, ele VAI trazer SUAS bagagens para a estação de ônibus diretamente ^^"
