Numa caixa com plena noção dos tempos, conheci um hotel com plena noção de modernidade. Devo dizer que esta colisão é bastante inteligente.
Instalações: O interior do hotel é bastante imaginativo. Ao entrar no lobby, você pode ver um grande rosto sorridente 😃 (o rei dos emojis hahaha). A recepção do hotel também oferece bebidas gratuitas. À medida que você desce a escada em espiral, há várias paredes cheias de livros da biblioteca da cidade.
Jantar: O restaurante também está localizado na B1. O espaço é muito aberto e o ambiente de jantar é bom. O mais especial é o horário do café da manhã, que vai até as 13h, o que é conveniente para quem não consegue acordar cedo. "Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI."

"The regular economy rooms are enough to make you say wow. Good movie selection Mandarin or English. Indoor is oddly shaped but since it was my first summer stay it was also the first time I've seen it with more than 5 people. Great treadmills, they a multipurpose weight machine for maintenance lifting and dumbells upto 25kg. The location is in walking distance to western restaurants."

AAhadGermanRoom was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

UUsuário convidadoThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

I arrived in Hefei at night, impressed by China’s almost legendary punctuality — something my own country once specialised in, long ago. The airport shuttle glided through wide, perfectly straight roads lined with glowing skyscrapers. A good start.
Then I reached Hefei South Station, opened Trip.com, and was told: “Your hotel is right here.”
Technically true — but only if you know it’s directly underneath your feet.
After wandering around the huge empty square, a very kind police officer rescued me, pointed to a lonely elevator in the middle of the plaza (it looked more like modern art than an entrance), and down I went into the hidden world below.
The hotel is built inside the station itself — small clusters of rooms tucked between luggage areas and service corridors. From reception to my room it was about 300 metres of underground sightseeing. My VIBRAM-soled hiking boots even stuck to the floor at first (someone must have spilled a bottle of very enthusiastic orange soda), but the cleaning staff fixed everything with great care and many smiles.
Breakfast was the most unforgettable part: served inside a convenience store full of police officers and station staff queueing for their morning noodles. No English menu, lots of friendly confusion, and eventually I received three cold eggs and a massive seaweed-wrapped rice block the size of two fists. I decided to spare myself — life is too short for certain experiments — and found a latte upstairs instead.

HHuichiroudexiannvyaO hotel foi inaugurado este ano, portanto as instalações são bastante novas. Inevitavelmente, ainda há um leve cheiro de tinta quando as portas e janelas estão fechadas, mas abrir as janelas atrai mosquitos. No entanto, não há telas nas janelas ou portas, embora o hotel tenha um purificador de ar que pode ser ligado. Nossa suíte ficava no último andar, com um pé-direito alto, o que a tornava muito espaçosa e iluminada. A decoração do quarto segue o estilo simples e elegante que está em voga atualmente. Infelizmente, o design da pia era falho; parecia bonita, mas não era prática, resultando em escoamento incompleto e água parada na pia. Além disso, nosso quarto dava para uma estrada rural e, do outro lado da rua, moradores locais criavam mais de uma dúzia de galinhas e gansos em seu quintal. Os galos começavam a cantar às 3 da manhã, intermitentemente, tornando impossível para nós dormir. Por quase dois mil yuans, não poder garantir um ambiente tranquilo para dormir definitivamente prejudicou nossa experiência. O hotel fica muito perto da entrada da área turística da Montanha Dai'ao, a poucos minutos de caminhada. Mesmo durante o feriado do Dia Nacional, em comparação com outros pontos turísticos populares, a área estava pouco movimentada. Para viajantes como nós, que preferem tranquilidade, não gostam de multidões e querem evitar a alta temporada do Dia Nacional, hospedar-se aqui foi uma ótima escolha. Além da proximidade com a área turística, jantar fora também é muito conveniente. O próprio hotel oferece serviço de alimentação, embora os preços não sejam baratos. A cerca de 700 metros do hotel, à esquerda da estrada, há um pequeno restaurante familiar chamado Restaurante da Montanha Dai'ao. Optamos por almoçar e jantar lá diversas vezes e achamos a comida muito boa e o preço razoável, então jantar fora não foi um problema. O hotel oferece muitas atividades para os hóspedes, como praticar Baduanjin (Oito Peças de Brocado) pela manhã e fazer sachês artesanais, mostrando que o hotel pensou em tudo. O hotel tem piscina e, mesmo no outono, ainda havia turistas nadando. O hotel é bem administrado e os funcionários são todos entusiasmados e prestativos. Eles até nos presentearam com uma caixa de bolos da lua do Festival do Meio Outono quando fizemos o check-out. Lujiang possui belos lagos e montanhas, além de abundantes recursos turísticos. Hotéis e pousadas de alto padrão têm sido construídos e desenvolvidos rapidamente nos últimos anos, após sua incorporação à área urbana de Hefei. Espero sinceramente que o turismo e a hotelaria de Lujiang prosperem e que Lujiang se torne um refúgio para os cidadãos de Hefei relaxarem e passarem férias.

UUsuário anônimo酒店在合工大和中科大之間，離地鐵站稍遠，騎個電動車七八分鐘。到店前台給升級了房間，卧室、沙發是分開的，衞生間三分離，面積很大。酒店應該有年頭了，衞生情況還可以。晚上有夜宵，家常麪條，隨便吃點合適。

UUsuário convidado這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。
設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。
店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

唯一的問題是塞卡片的情況依然有，電梯不用刷卡，誰都可以上來，這塊如果管控更好一些就更好了
早餐豐富，還送了午餐，雖然沒吃到，但是這個營銷還是可以的

UUsuário convidadoIt locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view.
The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles.
There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies.
It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.
