It's a 2-3 minute walk to the West Scenic Area and a 7-minute taxi ride to Changbai Mountain West Railway Station, making early morning hikes easy. The rooms are fully equipped with smart home technology, allowing for easy voice control of appliances. The bathrooms feature a separate shower and toilet for a clean and dry feel. The public areas have an LG washer-dryer combo, and a robot can deliver items, solving laundry and meal delivery problems during your trip. "Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars."

"This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!"

"Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again."

"I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. "most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!"
