"My recent stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure or business! Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful service. The doorman promptly helped with my luggage, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. The staff were gentle and patient, thoroughly explaining the hotel facilities, local transportation, and sightseeing tips. There was no perfunctory service at all, making me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The overall decor was simple, elegant, and stylish, impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and pleasant to the touch, offering perfect comfort for a full night's undisturbed sleep. The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Hot water came out quickly and with stable pressure – you could feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, with complete amenities. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!"

"Good location. Good service . Have to wait for breakfast around 5 minutes. No freshly squeezed orange juice. No Japanese sushi."

"Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is absolutely perfect, truly my forever stay in Dalian. When you request a non-smoking room, it really means zero cigarette smell, which is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we entered. The view is breathtaking, spectacular, and mesmerizing , you can see Venice Water City and the ocean at the same time. Watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was unforgettable. The whole building smells good and feels luxurious and elegant. The woman who came to help us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. The room is fully equipped with everything you need: toiletries, slippers, clothes hangers, washing machine, fridge ….literally like an apartment. The bed is super comfortable and perfectly clean. This is my second stay here, and it will definitely be my forever choice whenever I come to Dalian. Highly recommended! 💙"

"We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"High CP hotel, king size bed and a japanese style bidet (this is the highlight for me 555) The property is really convenient (not to mention its near the sea front, just a walking distance), it is just across the road to Exit D of the Gangwan Square subway and that same line goes directly to the airport. The staff is so kind and they made sure I am ok and convenient. They communcate everything through wechat and also catered to my request to change the free breakfast from porridge to soy milk. Their manager is also very nice and communicative. They also gave me tips as well on where to go in Dalian and also give morning updates on the weather Will stay again"
