Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Vista do quarto: Jungfrau e Mönhee a 4158m, representativos dos Alpes, e os três picos do Eiger. É claramente visível 5. Quarto: A sala está completamente limpa, com lençóis brancos e macios, e o cofre pessoal é muito conveniente. Na verdade, a varanda externa é legal, então não adianta muito, a menos que seja no meio do verão. 6. Instalações auxiliares: Não importa o que acontecesse, o que minha esposa e eu gostamos foi que as instalações da sauna subterrânea eram excelentes. A piscina dispõe ainda de uma piscina aquecida a 33 graus e de um jacuzzi exterior (?), para que quem tem confiança possa apreciar a vista dos Alpes. Você pode se sentir no seu melhor (até às 20:00) 7. A refeição estava muito boa...o delicioso pão de concha estava excelente... 8. O local é Wengen, no caminho para Jungfrau, passando pela estação Lahuterbrunnen e pouco antes de Jungfrau. Por estar localizado entre Kleinescheideg, é o hotel mais próximo de Sasolsang Jungfrau. É local e fica a cerca de 100 motores da estação. Esta área de Wengan já é um destino turístico, com uma igreja próxima e Jungfrau. Montanha Mönch.Eiger Você pode caminhar e observar os bairros singularmente bonitos da Suíça. 9. Avaliação geral: Escusado será dizer que este hotel tem um índice de satisfação de 99%. Se eu for para Jungfrau novamente, é uma cidade que não pode ser comparada a Interlaken, então eu gostaria de Jungfrau ainda mais do que isso. Existe outro hotel com uma boa vista? Claro, há um ou dois em Wengen, mas... Portanto, se você quiser aproveitar ao máximo os Alpes, incluindo Jungfrau, você deve pelo menos visitar Victoria Lauberhorn. Recomendamos ficar por 2 noites. No entanto, as instalações gerais de entretenimento são um pouco fracas, por isso fica uma parada abaixo e uma parada acima da Estação Leste de Interlaken. Se você ficar uma noite em Grindenwald, é muito conveniente usar a área de restaurantes onde os turistas passam. Concluindo, se você quer ir aos Alpes e mergulhar nas montanhas, eu definitivamente recomendo. Depois de sair deste hotel e me mudar para Paris, não consegui ver a jaqueta da minha esposa. Entrei em contato com o hotel às pressas e eles disseram que o haviam encontrado e que o enviariam para a Coréia, então dei a eles o número do meu cartão. Recebi uma ligação que foi enviada anteontem... Que alívio...

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

It’s a special experience and the view and environment are gorgeous. The room is clean. It’s better to have at least two night stay.

O hotel está convenientemente localizado a poucos passos da estação ferroviária e está rodeado por restaurantes e um hipermercado. O hotel é limpo; no entanto, vale ressaltar que o banheiro privativo é separado do quarto. Outro aspecto importante a considerar é a falta de isolamento acústico por piso devido ao design antigo. Para pessoas com sono leve, é aconselhável tomar nota, pois sons como movimentos do carrinho, passos no andar superior ou ruídos de conversas em quartos adjacentes podem ser audíveis, podendo levar a distúrbios matinais.

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

Antes de ir para lá, li alguns comentários negativos sobre Ctrip e me senti muito desconfortável. No entanto, todo o processo de check-in não apresentou os problemas mencionados em outras avaliações. Tudo estava tranquilo e feliz. Atualmente é gerenciado pela AccorHotels, e a recepção é muito acolhedora. Outra equipe de concierge muito fofa nos levou para visitar o quarto primeiro e explicou-o em detalhes. Ele imediatamente nos ajudou a estacionar o carro e enviou nossa bagagem para o quarto. A localização é muito conveniente, você pode chegar a locais de compras a uma curta distância. O estilo geral do hotel é muito europeu. Devo mencionar que o café da manhã tem um gosto bom. Se você tem amigos que acordam cedo, optar por incluir o café da manhã na reserva do quarto é uma opção bastante econômica.

The hotel has a good location with a nice view and is directly by the river. Parking is available with plenty of space, but it is charged per day. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned. Late check-in was advertised as available 24 hours, but the promised email with the access code never arrived. After calling, someone answered immediately and helped us enter. At check-in, we also had to pay the tourism tax and parking fees. The room was very outdated and smelled poorly ventilated when we entered. The heating barely worked, was only lukewarm, and turned off completely during the night, making the room very cold. When we mentioned this at breakfast, the staff reacted in a dismissive way, stating that the room was not cold and saying “we are not in Africa, where it needs to be that warm.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and after that reaction we did not feel comfortable raising further concerns. The room had a balcony with a nice mountain view, but the balcony was shared with other guests, which was not mentioned in advance. The bathroom was private and had a bathtub with a shower, but it was very outdated. Hot water was available, however the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was provided with limited selection, which we were aware of beforehand. The breakfast room itself was fine, but the staff generally appeared grumpy and very loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is relatively inexpensive compared to others, but this does not justify the outdated condition or the way guests are treated. With better service and some renovation, the hotel could be much more pleasant.

Este hotel oferece grande conforto para viajantes como nós. O quarto é generosamente espaçoso e bem equipado. Convenientemente localizado perto de um ponto de ônibus e não muito longe da Estação Ferroviária Interlaken West, facilitou a exploração. A recepcionista até nos forneceu um passe gratuito de transporte público dentro de Interlaken. No geral, foi uma experiência agradável e nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia.
