Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. O hotel é relativamente novo e as instalações são básicas. Não há outros suprimentos na sala, exceto uma garrafa de sabonete corporal para banho e lavagem. The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Ambiente: Recém-inaugurado, relativamente novo no geral, mas os quartos são pequenos, o que é normal na Suíça. A roupa de cama é mediana e tende a molhar, provavelmente devido à localização. O quarto com cama king size tem duas camas unidas, o que não é muito confortável e não é adequado para casais. Comida: O café da manhã era padrão para um hotel, o mesmo da França, Itália e Suíça. Comi lá várias vezes, sem muito sucesso. Restaurantes próximos: O restaurante recomendado na foto exige fila, então você deve procurá-lo. Fizemos duas refeições separadas lá, e ambas foram muito boas no geral.

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

Se você tem amigos que acordam cedo, optar por incluir o café da manhã na reserva do quarto é uma opção bastante econômica.

Este hotel oferece grande conforto para viajantes como nós. O quarto é generosamente espaçoso e bem equipado. Convenientemente localizado perto de um ponto de ônibus e não muito longe da Estação Ferroviária Interlaken West, facilitou a exploração. A recepcionista até nos forneceu um passe gratuito de transporte público dentro de Interlaken. No geral, foi uma experiência agradável e nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia.
