"This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!"

"A localização fica a apenas 1 minuto da Estação Ferroviária Central de Interlaken, muito conveniente para se deslocar e ir a qualquer lugar de trem/ônibus. Reservamos um quarto com 4 camas e banheiro compartilhado, que era enorme, com uma pequena pia interna, então era muito bom também. O único pequeno ponto negativo é que não há cozinha nem talheres para usar. Há uma pequena sala compartilhada onde você pode comer e esquentar comida (há um micro-ondas e uma chaleira), mas nada para cozinhar ou usar. No entanto, eu recomendo muito a estadia aqui; a equipe foi muito simpática e o café da manhã bastante variado."

"2nd time to come here. First time with family and although we had to stay in 2 rooms, it was fun to compare each others rooms and layout. Breakfast is expansive (eggs looked a little old), but great selection of breads, deli items and so many jams to choose from. Cold dishes had a much higher quality than warm dishes. As it’s buffet style, it can be difficult to keep a sense of cleanliness, but they try hard. Dream hotel at night as you can see great views. Front desk staff is super helpful and remember me from my first stay. I would like to return again in the future."

"The hotel is very beautiful and extremely clean. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is very good. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 9-minute walk uphill from the nearest bus stop when going to the hotel, which can be a bit tiring. However, when going back to the bus stop, it’s much easier since it’s downhill. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall it’s good and functional. The view is absolutely amazing, and the room is decent and comfortable for a hotel in this price range."

"nossa família adora este hotel krebs, a equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. deixei meu celular no quarto e o gentil recepcionista foi procurá-lo, e guardei para mim até voltar para o hotel. adoraria voltar a este hotel aconchegante se eu tivesse uma chance no futuro a localização ficava a poucos minutos da estação, na esquina há um galinheiro onde bebidas e lanches estão facilmente disponíveis. o restaurante do hotel krebs também serve refeições infantis em seu cardápio. os garçons foram atenciosos e serviram um excelente gruwine também, adoraram sua versão. meus filhos adoraram o gato preto gordinho “pretinho” 😍 quartos muito limpos com comodidades, bom serviço, café da manhã decente, hv um elevador que nos é implícito com malas grandes."

"This hostel boasts an unbeatable location, just a minute or two's walk from the Grindelwald Terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The natural scenery is absolutely stunning. You can gaze upon majestic snow-capped mountains and lush green slopes, a truly magnificent and healing view. The dining area also offers fantastic views, so you can enjoy a beautiful mountain panorama while having breakfast. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, making for a great dining experience. The overall facilities are new and well-maintained, and the amenities are comprehensive. The hostel has a good number of rooms. On my first day, I arrived quite late, and the staff left my room key in a locker by the entrance for self-check-in. It took me a bit of time to find my room initially. The bathrooms are communal and located outside the rooms, requiring a trip outdoors to use them. However, the communal areas are well-kept, and all facilities are fully equipped. Considering all factors, the value for money at this accommodation is excellent. If you're looking to deeply appreciate Grindelwald's natural beauty and want a great base for sightseeing and photography, this hostel is a perfect choice."

"Easy to reach - Took bus 105 to our Hotel Beausite, enjoyed our complimentary cake and coffee after a long flight. 😋 can walk if you are up to it, ＜7mins... Super Warm and considerate hospitality from hotel owner Imi, reception staff John and Daisy. Our rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy! Imi upgraded us with a room with lift access for my elderly mum FOC, we are so blessed and thankful! 🙏🏻 Plus point - beautiful scenery from our hotel room!😍 Excellent spread of breakfast with cold and warm options too! John even helped us to order pizza and salad from his friend, which arrived within 20 minutes! Saving my elderly mom and us a trip to go down to Interlaken west to search for dinner! Will definitely stay with them if we are back!"

"1. Data da estadia: 2 dias, 22 a 24 de outubro de 2023 2. Convidado: um casal coreano na faixa dos 60 ou 70 anos viajando de forma independente 3. Número de estadia: Quarto 402 4. Vista do quarto: Jungfrau e Mönhee a 4158m, representativos dos Alpes, e os três picos do Eiger. É claramente visível 5. Quarto: A sala está completamente limpa, com lençóis brancos e macios, e o cofre pessoal é muito conveniente. Na verdade, a varanda externa é legal, então não adianta muito, a menos que seja no meio do verão. 6. Instalações auxiliares: Não importa o que acontecesse, o que minha esposa e eu gostamos foi que as instalações da sauna subterrânea eram excelentes. A piscina dispõe ainda de uma piscina aquecida a 33 graus e de um jacuzzi exterior (?), para que quem tem confiança possa apreciar a vista dos Alpes. Você pode se sentir no seu melhor (até às 20:00) 7. A refeição estava muito boa...o delicioso pão de concha estava excelente... 8. O local é Wengen, no caminho para Jungfrau, passando pela estação Lahuterbrunnen e pouco antes de Jungfrau. Por estar localizado entre Kleinescheideg, é o hotel mais próximo de Sasolsang Jungfrau. É local e fica a cerca de 100 motores da estação. Esta área de Wengan já é um destino turístico, com uma igreja próxima e Jungfrau. Montanha Mönch.Eiger Você pode caminhar e observar os bairros singularmente bonitos da Suíça. 9. Avaliação geral: Escusado será dizer que este hotel tem um índice de satisfação de 99%. Se eu for para Jungfrau novamente, é uma cidade que não pode ser comparada a Interlaken, então eu gostaria de Jungfrau ainda mais do que isso. Existe outro hotel com uma boa vista? Claro, há um ou dois em Wengen, mas... Portanto, se você quiser aproveitar ao máximo os Alpes, incluindo Jungfrau, você deve pelo menos visitar Victoria Lauberhorn. Recomendamos ficar por 2 noites. No entanto, as instalações gerais de entretenimento são um pouco fracas, por isso fica uma parada abaixo e uma parada acima da Estação Leste de Interlaken. Se você ficar uma noite em Grindenwald, é muito conveniente usar a área de restaurantes onde os turistas passam. Concluindo, se você quer ir aos Alpes e mergulhar nas montanhas, eu definitivamente recomendo. Depois de sair deste hotel e me mudar para Paris, não consegui ver a jaqueta da minha esposa. Entrei em contato com o hotel às pressas e eles disseram que o haviam encontrado e que o enviariam para a Coréia, então dei a eles o número do meu cartão. Recebi uma ligação que foi enviada anteontem... Que alívio..."

"Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes."
