This was a solid spot for a three night stay in Osaka. It's also very handy to Osaka Station, you get there in less than ten minutes by foot. The check in and out experience is all done by an automated reception which was very easy to use but any staff we did briefly interact with were pleasant and professional. The rooms were small but had everything we needed and were very comfortable. There's also a cute robot that glides around the lobby area. I'd happily stay here again when in Osaka.

Staying at Kuromon Crystal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a wonderful experience. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the design, with modern amenities and luxurious touches that added to the overall ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What truly set Kuromon Crystal Hotel apart was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. I enjoyed being able to walk to Kuromon Market and indulge in the local street food. It was a food lover's paradise! The hotel also offered excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa. After a day of sightseeing, I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage, which was the perfect way to unwind. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from arranging transportation to recommending local hidden gems. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I highly recommend Kuromon Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return on my next trip. It’s the best location ever! We spent two nights there since we bought 1.5 days’ tickets of USJ. The hotel is exactly located at the front of USJ, it’s very convenient for us to queue in the early morning and rest immediately when we left USJ at 10pm! We don’t have to worry about the time and the transportation! Although we left USJ late, we can still get some snacks and drinks in the convenient stores nearby! It’s happy to stay at this hotel!

It takes about 15mins walk from Nankai Namba station to the hotel. I made a mistakes and went to Hotel11 Kuromon 1 which is quite nearby to Kuromon 2. Luckily, another guest helped us to and realised that there are 2 Hotel11 apartments in the same area. It's just repainted the apartment corridors but there isn't any unpleasant smell. The room is absolutely spacious in Osaka or Asian standard and the room rate is considered as value for money. The only thing to comment is no staff at the lobby management office and you have to either email or call direct phone line if any checkin issue.
