O hotel é muito antigo. Os móveis estão em mau estado.
O carpete parece sujo e a condição do banheiro não é satisfatória. O pior é que eles não limpam o quarto diariamente. O edredom da cama é de materiais errados e fica escorregando no chão. Cabide de pano insuficiente. Canais de TV limitados. No geral, não é um hotel com boa relação custo-benefício. Fiquei dez noites e eles me reservaram um quarto no quarto andar, de frente para os toldos sujos. Mais tarde pedi um quarto melhor. Dado o 10º andar, mas o quarto não é ideal e o carpete do corredor é tão sombrio e escuro.

Super duper convenient for family with little children. The Kansai shuttle airport bus stop is right at the hotel entrance!!!! There’s no more strategic location than this place. The room is designed very nicely , neatly and carefully. Despite the size because of its location, there is definitely enough space for your stuff due to the well designed shelves all over the room. Next time, we will definitely select this hotel for our family!

Disappointed, I have never been to a hotel that is so small and lack of space. After the two beds that is no more space for moving.

I couldn't criticise a 60-year-old hotel.

The only advantage is traffic convenience.
The other aspects are not recommended.
It's to be closed in early 2025.

It's location makes it a good choice as the train station is just close by. The airport bus limousine also stops beside the hotel which makes reaching the hotel after our flight a breeze! Highly recommended!

Most recommendable hotel in Osaka for foreign tourists!
So worth the money!
Accessible (I mean literally just few walks away) from everything. Subway, Limousine bus to Airport, sightseeing places, food store/restaurants(name it), shopping mall, Donquixote, Daiso, GU, and many other most visited stores.

The location is excellent. Airport limousine bus is literally right outside of the hotel (just across the road). It is also very handy to JR and subway and underground shopping. I booked a small room for 2 (unknowingly 😅 there are different area size) The room is small for our luggage but the bed was comfortable, so the size of the room doesn’t bother us as we only need a room for bath and sleep. The only thing which surprised us was the hotel charges cleaning fee of JPY2,000 for room cleaning i.e change bed sheets, toilet clean, rubbish disposal etc, but new towel, rubbish bags and water will be provided every morning on request. Considering the convenience of the location, I will still book in the future but will definitely select a bigger floor area.

The ou cannot beat the location! Its excellent. Place is easy access. Bus for airport just behind hotel. JR umeda a five minute walk. Walk and eat underground also just across he street. So many coffee shops and restaurants as well as shopping places! You dont need to go anywhere. They have everything in and around the hotel! I will definitely use this hotel for my next visit to Osaka.
