Upon checking in, I was immediately struck by the grand and imposing lobby – definitely worthy of its 5-star rating. After settling into my room on the 15th floor, the floor manager promptly came to ask if I needed any assistance and even helped me connect my phone to the Wi-Fi. Later, they brought some local Ningbo specialty snacks, 'Youzanzi.' All in all, the hotel's service attitude and philosophy are truly on par with top-tier establishments. I'd definitely make this my first choice for any future visits to Ningbo."

"Location & Transportation: The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations. Service: The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities. Room & Facilities: The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast: Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good. Restaurant: There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent."

"After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again."

The homestay is located in Dongshan Village, with a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Xikou. It coincided with the plum rain season. Although there was no sunshine, the rolling sea of clouds was beautiful. I experienced two types of rooms, with different structures and complete configurations. The garden was not large but arranged in a staggered manner, with winding paths. It was a pity that I didn't have time to sit in the garden and make a cup of tea and daze. The first dinner was eaten at the homestay. The chicken soup was good, the outdoor "viewing position" was really intoxicating, and the fruit for afternoon tea was very fresh There are many places to play around, Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area, Ying Mengli immersive performances, and make a strategy in advance. Suggestions: Some snacks can be provided in the evening, and a list of attractions can be updated regularly, which is clear at a glance.
