Nice cute hotel in front of the cultural center, even the hard ware of the hotel is but outdated, but service is great, front desk are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay there;)

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for
assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service.

朗豪酒店在文化廣場核心地段，地理位置優越，和宏泰廣場兩對面，又緊靠五一廣場。 當天為我辦理手續的前廳同事Carry非常棒！提前安排升級了客房，也讓客房送來了孩子相關需要的物品，非常熱情,服務態度極佳，令人印象深刻! 早餐還行，大堂吧的酒選擇比較多，味道不錯。 美中不足的就是，當晚酒店的停車場滿了，且晚上回酒店進車庫需要排隊，好爆滿。不過入住體驗挺好，酒店榮譽挺多的～

在寸土寸金的文化廣場朗豪酒店住得很舒服！ 旁邊是文化大劇院 好像很出名 從高鐵站打車到酒店二十多塊錢，很方便還是，下車就有工作人員幫忙提行李，服務特別好 辦理入住的是Carry小哥哥，很熱情，體驗很好！ 還有個帥哥幫我們把行李一起送到房間門口 房間很寬敞，一應俱全，有沙發 辦公桌浴缸落地窗！！ 而且很乾凈，採光也很好！ 洗澡水很舒服，浴室裏還有小支的身體乳，超級貼心！ 總之是一次很舒服的入住體驗！退房離店後有件衣服忘記在房間衣櫃啦，聯繫到了前台，是前台小哥哥Yves幫忙聯繫了客房把我的衣服寄到我的家裡，很棒～ 必須給朗豪酒店點個贊！

朗豪酒店位置一目瞭然，房間的風格，衞生服務和服務態度並沒有讓我失望，晚晚上到店的，前台yves辦理入住很快，值班經理Carry用行李車幫忙把我們的行李送到了房間，告訴了我們wifi的連接方式和gym是24小時的 ，很不戳。酒店很氣派，一進入大堂瞬間國際範就起來了，就是有魄力，房間寬敞乾淨整潔，屋內設施齊全，屋裡提供2瓶瓶裝飲用水，退房離店時每個工作人員都非常熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！下次有機會肯定還會來入住朗豪酒店。

性價比：寧波獨一家朗豪酒店
位置交通：寧波最好的交通位置 房間設施：寧波星級酒店大部分都比較久，朗豪酒店在房間新舊程度上算是維護的比較好的。雖然不像瑞吉和麗思那麼豪華，但是藝術性和新舊程度上已經是算可以了。
服務：點贊前台小潘很專業和周到。餐廳也有一貫水準的。健身房和Spa也很不錯。房間服務我也挺喜歡的，就是你不找她，她不打擾你。你找她就馬上給你提供服務。退房前台tank開票也很迅速，很快郵箱就收到了。
衞生：沒有發現什麼異物。 房間景觀：可以看到文化廣場和大劇院，還有一條河。樓層不是很高，看着比較合適。
目前來説，是寧波最值得推薦的酒店，沒有之一。

寧波住了那麼多酒店，還是最喜歡朗豪酒店，現在來寧波必選。酒店這個位置，去哪裡都非常方便。 入住這天剛好天氣是降温了，孩子説要去游泳，我猶豫再三，還是帶過去游泳，水温恆温的挺不錯，一點都不覺得冷，超級點贊，就是走過去有點麻煩。感謝Carry的貼心安排，和孩子打招呼超級親切，孩子非常喜歡他👍。希望下次再去時，還能再遇到他。離店時候需要叫車去機場，前台經理Gary安排了禮賓部小哥哥幫忙叫了taxi，5分鐘就來了，順利趕上了航班～ 愉快的體驗～
