Service at the hotel is great. People are polite and friendly. Reception "Zhu Wen Jian" is the best. Breakfast is excellent.
Hotels is next to the river. Taking a walk after dinner is very relaxing, Our family enjoyed the stay very much. There is a laundry machine in the room,
It is very useful.
However, TV and Internet service need to keep up.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. Gym was amazing and pool was very nice. We didn’t eat here on this trip. Location is great if you are working in a company nearby but not great if visiting Ningbo for fun like us.

It's not the first time we staying at the hotel. Always an amazing experience. This time we even got upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite which was amazing cause we traveled with our 2 boys and stayed for 5 days.
Pool is absolutely perfect and also the kids play zone.

the hotel is very clean,service is amazing and the breakfast is ok.most of the staff can speak English so that is very convinient.however if you have a room for 3 people then the amenities should be for 3 people not 2 people.the towels and sluppers were just for 2 people.also the room is not women friendly!they need dressing mirrors.generally I had a good experience here.

Very nice hotel. The location is really the only drawback. Staff are pleasant and eager to assist. There is a large variety of Chinese foods for breakfast, few western options but that is only down to individual preference.
